Plastic Comb?
I received this "book" -- wait, no, it's a BOOKLET -- and I was shocked. I couldn't believe I paid $25 for a comb bound booklet. It's not even printed double sided. Furthermore, I'm not impressed with the content. The information is readily available in other books such as Entrepreneur Magazine's How to Start a Personal Concierge Service or The Concierge Manual, Second Edition. This booklet should have been a download rather than a shipped "book". It's certainly not worth $25. I'm sure there was something in the description about comb binding, but I missed it (perhaps I expected different from Amazon). I was a little more than disappointed.

Errands...for people, children or even pets.
You must like people and doing things for others. Good information. It is a good book to get the knowledge of what is to be done and what is needed. It is best to get all the information you can on a subject. One must always be honest and trustworthy. A good worker is a good reference to someone else.

Don't waste your time and money! Grossly overpriced book with poor content.
Don't even waste your time and money! This "book" is ridiculous. I didn't even get very far due to the terrible grammatical and punctuation errors. It makes it incredibly difficult to read as you come to a screeching halt every time you come across another error. Which is very frequently. Why someone would publish this notebook without the benefit of a knowledgeable proofreader is beyond me. Content-wise, it was not what I was looking for at all. I'm a little irked that I have to pay return shipping when it was so expensive to start with. I think the price of this should come way down, but even then, I'm not sure it would be worth it.

It's changed everything!
I'm a full-time mom and have been looking for information on starting an errand service for quite awhile. I didn't think there was any (other than those ridiculous 2-page reports) until I came across this book on Amazon and I thank you for it.My husband and I started an errand service exactly five months ago today, and we're doing okay but this book has really helped us. We were working exclusively with busy consumers but the information in this book has showed us how to bring it to the next level. You almost have to after reading it.After we absorbed what the book has to offer, we've now added to our list of services a meal delivery service, a service that caters to new mothers, an a service that caters to seniors. We're also making some money from local small businesses, acting as a contigency delivery service for their products, while we're doing our regular consumer errands (which we never would have thought to do). We've really turned it up a notch and this is just the beginning. We are so happy that we found this book and just wanted you to know. It's changed everything.

Insightful information about a little-known business
I enjoyed reading this refreshing text and found it to be replete with pertinent information about creating, running, and maintaining an errand service business. The author provides helpful insights gleaned from his experiences in and knowledge of the business and writes in a straightforward, no-nonsense, and practical style. I would recommend this book to anyone who is considering venturing into the errand service business.

If I could give it no stars I would
Listen to the people who wrote this off as a waste of money - they were right!! I, unfortunately, did not and feel totally ripped off. Very basic generic information about starting up a small business - in the pricing area - which was an area I was really seeking guidance in his summary was "use your own judgement" boy I really needed a $25.00 poorly put-together, poorly edited notebook to tell me that... DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY

Glad we decided to purchase!
Can't say I agree with some of the latter reviews. Glad we decided to purchase, as the book has helped us a great deal. Especially the portion that goes into suggested errand niches. Well done, Mr. Spina. I'm not concerned that it's spiral-bound, nor did I observe grammatical errors. Plus, I'd rather have a lesser page count of clear, concise information than a higher page count of drivel. Sure, I've seen some of this information elsewhere, but so what. What how-to book can't you say that about? I like the information presented and its personal, one-on-one style. My sister and I run our Errand business part-time and the information we found here was good enough for us. In fact, the ideas the book gives regarding where and how to find business have pushed us over the top.Thank you,Courtney Armstrong

Deplorable
This is, without a doubt, the worst investment I have made so far. The grammar and punctuation is deplorable, and the information is next to useless. There are infinitely better sources for anyone looking for information on how to start a small business. I would have given it a rating of less than one star had one been available. Save your time and money.
