These Gorilla Grip rug grippers work extremely well. We have several area rugs, and the corners sometimes curl up or shift, creating an annoying tripping hazard. These adhesive grips hold the corners firmly against the floor and keep the rugs lying flat and secure. Our home dates back to the 1800s, so protecting our original wood floors is very important to us. I was especially pleased that when we needed to move a rug and remove the grippers, they came up cleanly without tearing, scratching, or damaging the old flooring. They are easy to apply, stay hidden underneath the rug, and provide a strong hold. This is a simple and effective solution for curled rug corners, and I would definitely purchase them again.

Works well so far, easy application, grip is great, sticks to both the rug and floor very well, appears to be well made. Since we've only had these a few days, the initial impression is that these are much better than any of the others out there we have tried. No cutting or fitting was necessary; they fit just fine on both rugs they were applied to. We have a couple days dogs who like to "zoom" through the kitchen and the rugs there zoomed with them as they ran. This is no longer a problem. We think these are worth your money.

These rug gripper pads work exactly as I hoped they would. They keep my area rugs from sliding around, which has helped reduce tripping hazards and keeps everything looking neat. One of the biggest benefits is that my robot vacuum no longer catches the edge of the rug and tries to “eat” it. Since installing these, it cleans much more smoothly without bunching up the rug. I was also happy to find that they didn’t leave any damage or residue on my wood floors when I removed or repositioned them. That’s something I was concerned about, and they’ve performed very well. Overall, they’re easy to apply, hold securely, and are a simple solution for keeping rugs in place while remaining safe for my hardwood and tile floors.

The grippers are pretty good, but is starting not to stick already. Easy to use. Might work better is a less demanding environment

Let me tell you about these rug grips. I have 3 dogs, two huskies and a pitbull-husky mix. The rug in question is at the entryway, that also leads to the rear of the house where our back door is. Our dogs, every day, take that corner like it’s the Daytona 500. The previous rugs were wearing thin on my sanity. Every day, without fail, I was readjusting those rugs repeatedly. Finally, I broke and bought a cheap rug here on Amazon. It had a nice, grippy backing. I decided for extra measure, I would purchase these Gorilla Grip rug grippers. The installation was so simple the Gorilla Grip’s ape mascot could do it. These things HOLD. It took a year for a corner to come up, and it only came up because my pitbull-husky mix decided to put all of her strength into ripping the rug off of the laminate. She and one of my huskies were unable to get the rug off of any of the other GG grippers. They did, however, eat the corner of the rug that was pulled off. My new rug came in today, and since these are not reusable, I had to put a lot of strength into ripping it off of the leftover grippers. Then, I had to very carefully use a plastic razor to slowly unstick them from the laminate. They were ON THERE. There is ZERO damage to my very sensitive wood-look laminate flooring. After I mopped the area, it looked like nothing had been there at all. It took me about 10 minutes to install the new rug using 12 grippers. It’s only a 3x7 rug, but I used the 8 pack the first time and apparently my dogs are a bit more determined than I originally thought. I’ve ordered yet another 8 pack because I’m serious when I say the entire perimeter of this rug will be adhered to the flooring as heavily as possible. They’re quite heavy little pads, but they’re serious in their sticking power especially on my wood-look laminate that has grooves in it. They’re very flat, the rug I have is quite thin and it’s difficult to find the rug grippers when walking around barefoot on it. I love that they’re shaped for the corners so you can really get right up on the edge of the rug. 10/10, would recommend. The rug ripper and her partner in crime pictured.

Really Work! I’m very impressed with these GORILLA GRIP rug grippers! They keep the corners of my rugs flat and prevent them from sliding or curling up. They work great on my floors and are easy to use. I especially love that they hold the rug securely without being a hassle. No more curled-up corners or rugs moving around! These really do a great job holding the rugs down on the floor. Don’t play fetch with your dogs as their paws will force the adhesive to come off faster. They remove really well with no residue. The only problem is that I’m not how you’re supposed to clean the carpet/rug part to reuse them.

These are great, held my area rug very securely and then when it came time to remove one year later there were no issues and no residue left on the floor. Great invention, I would buy again.

We have a busy household and needed something to keep the rugs down in our main entry and hallway. We have moved furniture around, brought in a new fridge and had a lot of foot traffic and the rugs have not budged. I would definitely recommend these. I don't know about them being reusable because I haven't tried but I would buy more if they aren't because I love how strong they hold
