Good display but poor software
The display (77" x 14") is bright and capable display. The many features make this a good choice for business use. The major drawback is the software (mobile and PC)! Many areas within the software are in Chinese and unusable. The weather feature only supports Chinese locations and not US locations. Other areas of the application do not function properly. Play time feature, weather, timers, etc.It's too bad this company does not see the value of simple development efforts to refine the software.

This name tag is the perfect size to on a shirt/jacket/coat. Super easy to input text on it. I like that it has a magnet and pin fastener. It displays for 12 hours on full brightness. Everyone that sees this is amazed and ask where I got it. It has some really cool effects. I have a 2015 or 16 HP computer that runs Windows 10. The disk(software) that comes with it, runs perfectly. The name tag is really neat! This is a must buy for any occasion...Christmas, New Year's, advertising or any event!

No Way To Install Software On Modern Computers
It comes with a cd-rom to install the software. You read that correctly. It's not plug-n-play like every device on this earth. The issue is they're selling to people who 99% of us have computers that don't come with cd rom drives anymore. The poorly-written instructions say if you can't use the cd to download the link from their email but it doesn't give you their email address. There are no websites mentioned either. Only way around this is to contact the seller through Amazon and hope they reply back. That's way too much work for something that should already have the software installed on the device.Another complaint I have is that the lettering is way too bright. There's a button on the back with a small sun icon that looks as if it should change the brightness level but it doesn't. It only scrolls through all of the default wording on the tag.I don't recommend this to anyone.
