I've purchased three of them. My husband is a truck driver and he uses it for work. It doesn't cancel out the background noise well, but it's not bad. Good quality.

Bought these a little over a year ago and just recently bought the new Iphone 14 Pro Max. First, this BT is not a noise cancelation BT. Everybody tells me it's too loud even when you have the tv low. Secondly, once I bought the new Iphone, this BT disconnects on its own. I see that it is still connected to the phone but people can't hear me. I have to disconnect it then reconnect to get people to hear me. This is a bad product and I wouldn't buy this again.

I have been using this Bluetooth over the past year; used it like a work horse! Only reason I just bought it again is because I lost it somewhere in my room and I cannot function without it, not for any length of time. The voice quality is excellent and all background noise is perfectly canceled out. The battery lasts all day with heavy use. Another great thing about this Bluetooth is how fast it charges. I drain this thing during day and then recharge while taking dinner break. It takes me 45 minutes. Instructions say 1 hour. Either is fantastic considering the all-day use. I love this thing!! There is nothing negative to say. And after all-day use ears not sore or tender. You will not regret this purchase!

I want you to know that this blue tooth is one of the best ones that I have ever had and I use it all the time. Everywhere I go whether it be laundry, trash, cleaning, driving, even grocery shopping and other shopping I have it playing all the time. It last a very long time, it is easy to run and if you have trouble they have a great customer service people that are always willing to always help. I got one defective one and called them and they sent me right out a new one and I have had no problems with this one other then I am attached to it all the time. IF you want an awesome blue tooth then I highly recommend this one, I have never been disappointed.

I really like this headset. I like the way it looks and fits, it is comfortable. The sound quality is good. The only problems I've run into is that sometimes the microphone stops working right at the 30 minute mark of constant use. It's hard to tell that the mic isn't working until someone says they can't hear you. The only other complaint is that it doesn't always connect easily to my laptop. Alot of times I have to delete the bluetooth device and re-add it.

Purchased to use with Zoom meetings. Coworker recommended and their voice quality seemed very good when working on a PC and Zoom, however when I used it for a Zoom on a MAC, others on the Zoom said it sounded like I was in the distance or in a tunnel. I will try it again on a PC Zoom in the near future to confirm. I will also confirm if the coworker used the headset via computer audio/bluetooth (which I did) or to call using a cell phone into the zoom.The Audio I received seemed fine to me.

I've had this BT headset 2 weeks and used it for dozens of calls and some listening. I have owned 6 headsets mostly plantronics but I honestly think this is my favorite to date at a significant savings. It arrived well packaged. It paired within seconds and has kept it's connection with my phone. The fit with the length adjustment is perfect (much better than plantroinics) and it comes with earbud choices 1 of which fit me perfectly. I really like the large easy to find power button on the earpiece. Sound quality of the speaker is very good and it has plenty of volume. People I call can hear me fine even when I'm riding a bike, so the N/C and microphone work great. I charge it every few days and it has yet to run out on me. I'm really pleased and have already ordered a second one to keep in my car

When I first opened the box I thought it was pretty weird. But then I started liking it for its unique look - kinda retro and futuristic at the same time, like something from Gattaca. Then people would see it and say things like, “Hey, that’s pretty cool!” Now I like it simply because whether it’s beautiful or ugly, or both at the same time, it always starts a conversation. As far as it’s functionality, it works great, syncs quickly every time, has great sound, and the battery life is great. Oh, and it’s configurable for use in either the left or right ear, which I think is pretty cool. I guess I’d have to say I recommend this product, and it doesn’t cost much at all so you’re really not out anything if, for some reason, you decide you don’t like it.

I'm happy to have this headset. Callers have said that they can hear me really clearly, and I have enjoyed listening to my sound files through the headset. The only issue I had initially (and which resulted in taking one star off the perfect score) was getting the earpiece to stay in my ear. Unlike the Jabra that I had previously, there is no adjustment in the distance between the curved part of the headset that sits on top of the ear and the earpiece that goes into the ear canal opening. The previous one that I had (a Jabra) had an extendable shaft to accommodate different ear sizes. With this new one, I added more bend to get the earpiece to my ear and that was better but not perfect. I was starting to have thoughts about returning the headset when I found in the box some different types of cover for the earpiece end. The smaller one of those has worked well in holding the earpiece in place. So far so good. It has stayed where it should and the headset feels comfortable. The other significant point is that the noise cancelling of this headset is great. I have had several ear hook headsets previously, and I have always had to pause audio playing when a truck went past, but with this new one, I rarely need to pause playing for reasons of external noise.
