Best BT Addon for your Switch
I need a BT transmitter for my Switch. All others in market uses the USB C port, some allows charging, others do not. This was my choice because it uses the 3.5mm port, it's small, and it uses the USB C to recharge its small but long lasting battery (7hours and still going). The range is small but enough for handheld mode - my main reason for using wireless. You can also charge it whilst plugged in.Connecting is easy, hold the power button ckr 5 seconds and pair with your BT headphones. Turn on by pressing the power button for 3seconds.I am pleased with this. Hope the battery last with regular use and charge. Will update later on how that goes.

Worked fine while it was needed
Got this back in 2020 I think, worked great while it was needed, but now with the Nintendo switch having official Bluetooth audio support it’s no longer needed…

No longer required for Switch but great for 3DS
Not sure why people are still buying this for the Switch and then leaving poor reviews saying it's pointless. It's no longer needed for the Switch since that now supports bluetooth headphones natively, as a quick Google or a look at the Switch settings will show, but that doesn't mean to say it's not a great little gadget for adding Bluetooth to other devices with 3.5mm headphone sockets.I bought it for my "New 3DS" which I want to take on holiday as it's smaller and lighter than my Switch Lite, so I can use it on the plane with my Galaxy Buds 2. It fits fine - mine is the standard size New 3DS, but there's a small gap between the adapter and the back of the console so it would probably fit the XL as well even if it's a bit thicker. As the 3.5mm port is in the middle of the bottom edge of the console and the adapter is a U shape which wraps round the back of the console from there (my main reason for choosing this one), it doesn't get in the way of where you would naturally hold the console nor stick out far from the bottom. A plain black version would've been nice to blend in better with the 3DS, but obviously the've gone for the Switch colours of red and blue since it originally designed for that, which is fair enough. When I opened it I suddenly realised the obvious which for some reason hadn't occured to me before, that neither the adapter nor my Buds have a display to enable me to tell them to pair with each other! However turns out you can put the Buds in pairing mode by the right sequence of taps on them, and for the adapter it's just a case of turning it on and then pressing the power button twice more in quick succession. Once I had both devices in pairing mode it only took a few seconds for them both to indicate pairing had been successful, and now they reconnect automatically each time they're near each other.I tried out the setup with a Mario platformer and although there was a small delay between, eg, pressing the Jump button and hearing the Jump sound effect, it was slight enough that I stopped noticing it once I started just playing the game normally rather than actually listening out for lag.

Good little device but not for AirPods Pro
I've got two pairs of wireless headphones: Jabra Elite Sport and AirPods Pro. The latter lacks volume controls on the headset so the volume from UGREEN adapter is extremely low, it is so low, that you can't hear anything (while commuting for example).Jabra Elite Sport on the other hand works perfectly with adjustable volume buttons right on the buds. It's a huge let down cause I replaced Jabra with AirPods awhile ago, I use them all the time. But now I have to use two headphones if I want to switch from listening to the music to gaming on the go.So, yeah, if you're thinking about using this adapter with AirPods (Pro or not) try something different. Before UGREEN I used AirFly Pro, it works great with AirPods, but UGREEN is way much better design wise (no wires, slick, ergonomic).

Works really well
This adapter it works really well with Nintendo switch. It can be connected up to 2 Bluetooth speakers and earphones. I connected the AirPods Pro and the Galaxy Buds+, and then I swap the galaxy buds for a normal Bluetooth speaker and both work at the same time.I even connect an old radio to a Bluetooth speaker and the connection is really good too.Really recommend it

This is pointless
This is actually pointless. You can connect Bluetooth audio to the switch without it, and it doesn’t support microphone. It does fit on dock if you put it on front but it’s still pointless

Cracker of an Adapter!
Small, low profile and fits the Switch nicely.Took a while for it to find my Galaxy Buds Live, BUT once connected I have had 0 issues with connection loss.Only had it a few hours, the battery seems to be holding out nicely too! Will be updating my review for a mid and long term usage.

Nice and neat! Easy to use.
Great, neat little piece of kit. Very easy to use. The only thing I found was that if you still have the console in its holder this receiver won't fit on the top. We wanted this so that my son could use a wireless controller. So instead of having it in the top, we used the usb cable adapter and plugged it in the side. It's not as tidy as it now has a small extra cable but does the job!If you have it out of the holder then this adapter is nice and neat. Looks good too as its colour coordinated!

Works in Docked Mode and Lets You Play on TV
Last thing first: It does work in the Nintendo Switch docked mode, so you can enjoy playing the game on the large screen (monitor/TV) and hearing the sound of it loud and clear while not bothering everybody else in the house. But there is a catch to it. Switch’s original dock is an unwieldy thing that won’t allow for any attachments, so what you need to do is to find a minimalist third-party-made dock that gives you free room on the side of Switch to attach this Bluetooth device while docked. And they come rather cheap ($20~$40). I got all the stuff from Amazon and just assembled it, and for the first time in my life I am able to play Switch on TV while using a wireless headset. And the Bluetooth device was extremely easy to set up. The instructions that come in the box are rather lame, but if you follow them, they’ll do for you. Simply, put the Bluetooth device in your Switch’s headset jack, turn it on (one click on its power button), put it in paring mode (two clicks), and it will automatically find your wireless headset if it is also on and in paring mode. There’s a tiny bit of latency, but that’s the price we pay for freedom of action (no wires). I don’t usually write comments on Amazon, but I wrote this because it took me some time to figure out on my own, and I figured probably not everybody would be as geeky as me to put all the pieces together to solve one of the gaming world’s most painful problems (sarcasm intended!). I wanted to share this discovery with my fellow gamers. And I will gladly recommend this product. However, I have a piece of advice for the producers of this and similar stuff: why do you think people need wireless headsets to play Switch? Because they don’t want to be wired and strapped to the device across the room while playing on TV. If they wanted to hold the Switch up to their face all the time, they would simply use a powerful wired gaming headset that supports surround and all that advanced stuff instead of resorting to the primitive Bluetooth technology. So what I recommend is that you guys offer a bundle of the Bluetooth device and the minimalist dock, or even better, make a dock that integrates the Bluetooth device. I bet you that will make you filthy rich!

Cuffie bluetooth
Prodotti in commercio che non dà fastidio ci vorrebbe un po' di si inserisce tramite Jack e no tramite porta USB tipo c come gli altri così da evitare che quando si scarica la switch si è occupato perfetti

This works well. Best use is not actually for the Switch though
I got this for a retro handheld console (Powkiddy RGB10S) and it's worked really well for that. Both charge using USB-C. The battery life for this little thing is acceptable. It sticks out the back a bit. Not quite doubling the width of the device, but it's not pocketable when it's installed. But it's easy to take on and off. So that's not really an issue either.Additional benefit of this is that it can fit on other retro handheld devices (even an original Gameboy if you turn it around and have it show on the front instead of the back). I'm sure there are more flexible designs that would fit more universally, but I think this is a good middle ground between form factor and flexible fit.Areas for ImprovementI would like it more if it wasn't such cheap-looking red/blue color. Black or gray would be better.A battery indicator would also be nice, but I'm sure that would increase the size. The flexible joint is really nice. It gives it some good solid hold on the Switch, the retro handheld, and the Gameboy. If there was a way to build the joint so that it could turn 90 or even 180 degrees that would widen what it can be used for.
