Touch Switch UT19T11 Stepless Dimming Switch, LED ON When Device ON, Suitable for 19mm 3/4" Mounting Hole

I had a similar type of light control for lights over a gas cook top. The other light control had continuous lighting control, which I found a little unwieldy. I decided to purchase this control with stepwise dimming. It was very easy to remove the existing control and replace it with this one. It was just a matter of undoing wire nuts on low voltage wires and retwisting those same wire nuts with the new controller. I have two LED lights that are controlled, and everything works just fine. Having used the system for a few weeks, the only thing that I would do differently is to order the version of the controller that is on/off, rather than the one that I ordered which allows stepwise dimming. It turns out that I would prefer to choose just on or off rather than to choose a light level each time I turn the light on. This is a minor issue, and could be fixed if there were an option to select a light level, and return to that level automatically each time the light is turned on. But the simple on/off switch is perfectly adequate, and no dimming is necessary for the particular LEDs that I have over the gas cooktop.

Most of these switched have really short threading. I was installing lights under my cabinets and bought different buttons. They fit and could be secured but it was not a tight fit this one is long enough ot get a good fit for that job. Recommend

I felt like Goldilocks trying to find a dimmer switch that didn't make my lights makes lights buzz or have some abrupt transitions in the output. This was the only one I found that actually worked on my lights, and I like the fact the company has a lot of different options from stepless, to memory functions, illuminated switches, etc. And the materials are not cheap plastic. The wire gage seems adequate for the task.The step version only has three output levels so if you want more you would have to go to the stepless version, and I can't say that version is rather finicky to adjust. I think the stepless version has a memory function as well. Again, it's nice this company has some options.Overall it's a good switch, at least based on the limited time I've had it and used it.

My current cooktop hood light switch broke. I decided to rewire it using this switch with dimmer.It's very nice, low profile, lights up when turned on.I installed the button under the range hood just in case the installation didn't go well. I switched the very hot halogen lights, to an LED puck light and receptical and added a low voltage power supply, this switch is very nice, good design all metal construction. Wiring diagram was easy to follow and looks and functions great.

I needed three of these lights for my van conversion. I have bought six of them, as of writing this review. Why you ask? Because, though they work well when they do work, all three have failed, and i have had to replace each of them. They are not quite as bright as I would like them to be, but the brightness is still good. I love the dimmer capability of them a lot. I will say the bright blue LED ring light is stupid bright when the van is dark. I have had to cut black vinyl rings to cover this up so I can get some sleep.Final opinion would be that they are bright enough, the LED light is annoying as hell, and each one I have bought has failed.

I love the functionality of this dimmer: it remembers the last brightness setting, but is easy to adjust. Perfect! I see the van builds that have a bank of these switches. Looks really cool! But I only needed one in my diy camper, and I love it. Simple, intuitive, reliable.

I bought 3 of these switches and love them but 1 has already malfunctioned and I'm out of the return window by a couple weeks. I will update if the seller helps me out. Update; I grounded the body of the switch which caused the switch to malfunction. directions do indicate that grounding the body will solve static problems. It made my switch go wacky.

The blue light from it is insanely bright. And there is no way to turn it off. Not good when it's in my truck and visible from outside. Also probably alot of battery drain from it.Touch sensor works awesome and functionality is good as long as it's not installed on metal. On metal it grounds itself out and doesnt work. I had to insulate it and so I couldn't use the nut to secure it tight
