Mostly works - it only turns on when it's in a dark area and also detects motion. Illumination is as advertised (not high-lumen like a work light or whole-room illumination solution, but good for a small closet or entryway).I had one in the set of three have a glitched motion sensor. It would repeatedly turn on for ~30 seconds, turn off for a couple seconds, then turn on again... the whole night. Needless to say, I am no longer using that one.They can easily fall off of the wall if not mounted delicately. Meaning, the adhesive can easily come off of the wall. I think they used a weak adhesive to avoid damaging paints, but the problem is that it isn't even strong enough to hold up the device. If left upside down, either the magnet will detach or the adhesive will come off the wall. I definitely recommend using your own 3M VHB tape or some screws to mount, if you need it to be reliable.Price is incredible, so take that into consideration when you buy. Difficult to beat this performance for this price.

Put one in the bathroom that is great at night. Have them almost everywhere. Great for us senior that walk around at night. My brother told me he had them and it was the best investment he and his wife had made, so I bought some and I agree with him they are great for anyone.

I used the motion lights in the cloths closet that had no lights inside. They work exactly like I wanted. Now I have plenty of light to see what I have

Updated: I decided to give the lights a try again after the sellers sent me an email apologizing for my bad experiences with their product. I then read a lot of the reviews posted about these lights, and realized that the amount of lighting that hits them really makes a difference to whether or not the lights themselves work well. The darker it is, the more sensitive to movement they are, the better they work. The seller asked that if I wanted to, I could return the products and they'd send me new ones as replacements to give them another try. I decided I would use the ones I still had, that I'd had problems with before, and test them out for a few weeks before I returned them. (I wondered if maybe it was user error or something).The one I felt works best is still in my bedroom, and still works perfectly. Turns on with movement once it's night time and we turn off our bedside lamps. Stays on long enough for us to get to bed.The second light was one that had given me issues, the one I had placed in the closet. I noticed that it didn't turn on as often when it was day time. To get to my closet I have to go through the bathroom, and my bathroom has windows (with blinds, but quite a bit of light still filters in). At times the light works, but if it's too bright in the bathroom, once I open the door to the closet, the light won't turn on. When it's dark enough though, the light always come on with movement. So, it's working as it should be. 👍The third light that had also given me problems I think was the most sensitive to light. I put that one facing the door to my coat closet. It's a pretty deep closet (almost Narnia like) that the younger members of my family like to hang out in (nieces and nephews), so I made it into a little secret room for them. Since it has no windows (because it shouldn't), it's pretty dark inside, so I put that light facing the door so it activates once the door opens. It took a day of having it there for it to work well, but since then, it actually works perfectly every time.TL;DR- It has to be dark enough for the lights to work perfectly. They were made to be sensitive to light, so they don't turn on when a room is lit up enough. All three are now working perfectly for me. Good product. Will probably buy another pack again. 👍Previous Review: One of the 3 works amazingly. It's perfect for what I wanted it for. (I just put it on the floor of our bedroom, facing our bed. It leans against a corner.) As soon as we turn off all the lights for bed, the movement when going to bed causes it to turn on and we can actually see where we're going. As soon as we're snuggled in bed, it shuts off with perfect timing. 👍The issue is with the other 2. I wanted to put another in my closet that would activate as soon as the door is opened so I can see before I turn on the switch to the actual closet light. Well, the first light I put batteries into lit up once the batteries were inside, and then never turned on again. So I took out those batteries (which were new) and put a different new set of batteries, but the same thing happened. So I tried the last light, and exactly the same happened. I just left the batteries in it and put it on the floor of my closet, leaving it against a wall, facing the door (it's like maybe a foot or less away from the door). After a couple days, it started working better but sometimes it wouldn't light. Now, after a few weeks, it works a lot more often than not, but it still has its moments at times 🙄.If it weren't for the issues of the other 2 lights, I'd have gladly given this 5 stars.

You wouldn't use these lights for an entire room, or maybe not even a larger closet. That said, they work very well considering the price, and light up a small area enough to see. Just don't expect these to perform like a regular light.

Using on my basement stairs. Gives off plenty of light. Motion sensor Working great. Hope battery life is good. Haven’t had long enough to judge

Nice, bright, but they keep falling off the wall.

Work great, very reliable and consistent. I have them set up along a staircase. Work well when its semi-dark, they are almost a bit bright in the middle of the night though. Adding some sort of red or simple diffuse gel to put over it would likely solve that issue.

I didn't like these. Felt super cheap, motion activation didn't work as I expected. I returned them.

schon am Anfang hatte 1 von 3 Lichtern eine Macke, Licht war nur minimal hell und erst nachdem ich etwas daran einschüttelte leuchtete dieses Vernünftig auf.Danach habe ich sie angebracht. Halten sehr gut auch auf Tapete.Habe mir allerdings mehr erhofft. Die Bewegungsmeldern funktionieren, aber öfter springen die Lichter auch an, wenn sich gar nichts in der Nähe bewegt. Und das ist der springende Punkt, der mich persönlich nervt.Vor allem leiden auch die Batterien.Diese sind ohnehin sehr schnell entladen und in ein Licht müssen 3 Batterien. Auf Dauer ist das auch keine günstige Lösung, vor allem wenn sie einfach so ständig an gehen

Der Bewegungssensor löst leider nur mangelhaft aus. Das Licht ist relativ hell, aber bleibt zum Teil mehrerer Minuten an, wenn es mal angegangen ist. Erfüllt den Zweck leider nicht wirklich. Aus dem Grund haben wir uns für die Rückgabe entschieden. Die Verarbeitung ist allerdings gut, aber das bringt nichts wenn die Funktion nicht stimmt.
