It Does Make Life A Little Easier
I've been using this stair climbing cart daily for about a week. I bought it primarily because I'm older & out of shape. I take care of elderly mom & our room is on the second floor. I use to carry everything we would need in a backpack - blanket, sml pillow, airpot, laptop... I can't make it up & down stairs all day long, every day. My knees & back hurt, & I was out of breath. I finally decided on this stair climbing cart. I used to use a regular luggage cart years ago. That small, one-wheel design was helpful, but I wanted to try a stair climbing cart because it seemed easier & less effortless. Here are my findings...I carry at least 20lbs up & down stairs daily. When you're older, 4'9", out of shape & overweight, it takes a toll on your body.1. Yes, this stair climber does help a bit. The transitions from step to step, because of the 3-wheel design, is easier to bring everything up & down the stairs. The wheels are about 6 inch dia. They don't "bonk" as hard going up & down the steps like 1-wheeled carts. This makes for a smoother, but still not the smoothest transition from step to step.2. I still need to pull up the cart upstairs. The 20+lbs I used to carry now feels at least 12lbs. I'm not as out of breath as I used to be. Thank you, Jesus!3. The bag is big. When I first took out the bag when it arrived, I literally said, "Wow, this is big!" It fits my adult-sized backpack w/ 3 sections (15in laptop, cord, meds, other essentials), my 3ltr airpot, a throw blanket (those ones that are rolled up at the stores) and square throw pillow. It's made of quality canvas with a small front pocket, 2 zippered pockets & 2 flat side pockets.4. It advertises that it will hold up to 220lbs. I say, "Maybe". I'm 145lbs. The platform on the cart is plastic with a waffle design underneath. This is where is gets it strength, but it is framed with the metal bar on the sides & front, like a letter U. When the back portion of this platform is pressed, it does move. I sat on it - it was sturdy. I stepped up on it, in the center like the picture - it sagged a bit. I was holding the handle also. So, maybe it does carry up to 220lbs, but probably as long as it rests evenly on the U-shaped bar. Or, use it as a step but step where the bars are. I feel this, as a whole, is quality built.5. The wheels are 6 inches in diameter on a sturdy, plastic base. The wheels themselves are a thinner, smooth rubber, even though it has fine traction grooves. Slightly spongey. It rolls smoothly on carpet, tile, & cement. (This is where I've used this so far). Because it rolls on 4 stationary wheels (on level ground), turning isn't that smooth unless you make wide ones.6. The height of the cart when fully open is about 4ft. I'm 4'9" & when I go up & down the stairs I lean a bit. I wish the handle extended a little. The arched handle has a comfortable, spongey grip.Yes, I like this cart. It does make life a little easier. I just have a few, minor complaints about the design which is why I gave it 4 stars. But, all in all, it's a pretty good cart.UPDATE: 10/25/20I still use this everyday & carry at least 15-25lbs up & down the stairs.Per my review above:1. I've found that tilting the cart to at least 45 degrees, perpendicular of the stairs, it will bong less while going up & transition from step to step almost seamless. But, I still wish the handle was a little bit longer so tilting this much would be easier..2. The bag is still in good condition, even after stuffing & re-stuffing it everyday. It's a good quality canvas material.3. The wheels are still doing well. Nothing loose or squeaking.Still a good buy.

Strong and Durable. Great Purchase!
It’s just what I expected. The assembly took about 5 minutes very easy. The shopping bag is very durable and insulated. I have about a ten minute walk to both grocery stores in my area and I was straining my back terrible trying to carry groceries up the the third floor of my complex. I would definitely recommend.

Use it often.
Great little cart, I use it for groceries and laundry helps a lot up and down the stairs..A but hard/ heavy getting up the stairs.Good on sidewalk but terrible on grass or rocky driveways the wheels fall off!!Definitely need a more secure clip to hold the wheels on.When they do pop off you can pop them back on again which is good, but they do pop off easily.

Great Cart
First off, I just want to say the seller is great. Fast delivery and easy returns. My first order the bag had a rip and no problem with the exchange. This is a very sturdy cart and easy to assemble. But be aware as it does hold up to 200 lbs it is heavier than the normal carts. If you have mobility issues, this might not be the cart for you. Works great on the stairs, but the added weight makes it hard to lift. I'm stilling giving it 4 stars as it does what is is supposed to do.

Easy up stairs, no so much around cormners
I really like the size and weight maximums on this one, which is why I bought it. 40 pound bags of Kitty Litter really add up! But I was disappointed in 2 things. . . 1) the quality of the plastic coated bag it came with. . . felt cheap and I'm concerned about the wearability of it and 2) the maneuverability of it around corners. This one has smaller wheels than my other cart and getting them to turn sharply is like a 3 point turn in a car. . .so it'll take some getting used to, but for what I need it for it will be terrific. The Cats aren't going away any time soon!

Great for those that live in walk up apartments
I bought this for my son and girlfriend because they moved into an apartment with no elevator. They live on the 3rd floor. I told him it was to make bringing in groceries easier.. He loves his " old lady cart" and says it climbs ALL the stairs so easily. They use the cart every time they go shopping. He has used without the bag on it also to bring in cases of soda and water and said it is awesome.

Why did I not buy this sooner???
I can't say enough about this item. I saves my arms for carrying in groceries. . Instead of making multiple trips, I can just prop the bags on top of of each other and make one trip.I had to get my Christmas decorations from the shed so took the bag off and used the cart with the cord. I have a hill I have to go up, plus stairs on my deck. The cart did not topple over as some have done in the past. the bin did not slide off and again it saved my arms.I am 5'3" so those big plastic containers are awkward to carry up.

It does what they say
This was very easy to assemble. Very sturdy. I use it to move books, household stuff and laundry to the 3rd floor. It sure can take a heavy load whether you use the covered cart or as a carrier. If I could change the design I would make the handle adjustable. One size does not fit all. Also even though it can carry a heavy load, the plastic wheels look frail. It takes a little practice to maneuver it up the stairs. Go slow at first making sure that the wheels are rotating as they climb each step or your load will seem to be heavy. It is easier to move the cart down the stairs. I like the cart as a starter.
