This chair is the best office chair I have ever had. I had a back spasm problem and this chair was part of the solution. My back really hurt when I put it together but I was still able to do it myself as a 61+ year old female in pain. The directions are not great but watching YouTube twice, I got it. it is a great chair. I have only had it a few weeks/months but I really like the features. I don't know how well it will last but it seems really sturdy and well made. I am glad I made the purchase.

Easy to assemble and very comfortable. I have always used leather or vinyl but got tired of them being so warm. The chair seat is adjustable up and down and so are the arms. The casters move smoothly. The only slightly annoying thing is that the armrests rotate (adjust) side to side but move a little too easily so I have to keep putting them back to the position I want them in.

I was looking for a completely mesh chair because I think it’s best when you sit all day on it your body still can “breath”. The chair was easy to put together and is very comfortable, not to mention easy to adjust. I had to contact the company and the customer service is excellent!

Nice chair so far, if you’re bigger than 6 5 you won’t fit comfortable shorter people will enjoy a lot

The chair is large so body typeShould be a consideration when ordering. The mechanisms are not easy to use; ie, adjustment levers.

This chair is just what I needed for the new work at home world. It gives great lumbar support and the headrest makes it a step above the rest. Some of the screws came out due to my son using it for gaming but I emailed the company and they were so attentive and ready to help; I requested new screws and they were sent to my home within a week no hesitation. The Customer experience makes you want to purchase from them again and again. Thank you again for sending me the screws. Chair is worth the money!
