9695 AS & A LEVEL LITERATURE in ENGLISH STUDY GUIDE: ANDREA LEVY’S SMALL ISLAND

This should not advertise itself as an A Level guide. It merely has a list of simplistic, plot-based questions on each chapter. I would be ashamed to give it to my students.

This study guide did not point students towards language techniques of the novel. Instead, it asks comprehension questions so students can understand the content of the novel. For that, it serves a purpose, as I will use it to craft quiz questions for my students, but it is not going to help students on the Cambridge AS or A Levels.
