Came in a box with a gaping hole. Along with minor damage to the finish along the edges of the tabletop.The workmanship on the chairs are very poor—it looks like the finish came from a roll of tape and has a terrible overlap on the backend.The chairs don’t square perfectly to the floor, but don’t wobble when you sit because your body weight flattens the legs out. If you have a cat or dog though, these chairs rattle as loud as can be when your pets brush against the legs.The engineering could have made assembly easier by boring screw holes away from support bars and corners which made that tiny Allen wrench they provided very difficult to work with—if you’re going to require a phillipshead screwdriver for some of the work, why not all of the work? Would have been much easier to just use my screwdriver...Looks nice from a distance on the other hand...

Not bad for the price honestly...it is not the most high quality set but it’s doing well for what we need it for! 4 stars!

This is a good, sturdy table that is compact and easy to assemble. Every part is pre-drilled and labeled. It took my husband and me about 2 hours to assemble, with only one small mishap. (Note: the number stickers go on the INSIDE and parts are not reversible!) The only problem I've seen is that it scratches easily.Several people have asked whether the table can be rearranged to that the shelves are at the other end, or the bottom rod on the long side can be switched the the other side. I've tried to answer but without photos the answers don't make much sense, so I've attached pictures here. No, the shelves cannot be switched to the other end. The long rod could be moved to the other side if you were prepared to do your own drilling, but the upper part of the cavity has a long piece that cannot be moved; it's part of the support for the drop leaf. The collage included in this review shows the underside of the table, with the drop leaf up, to show the part that I mean.

Let's try this again - I don't know why my last review was declined, seeing as it followed guidelines just fine. This table was damaged severely upon arrival. It looked like something took claws to it and raked them down the top. The legs were damaged, and it wasn't packaged all that great. For $320, I expected a lot better.

What a piece of crap got it ALL acceptable then turn over the last piece #1 (table top) big chip out of it. 😡

I have put a lot of furniture together, especially lately since we just moved, but I have never had issues like this. And the item I put together before this, I had no instructions for. It was significantly easier than this.It is very cute, but I will not get anything from this company again. That was the biggest pain.

It arrived in a broken box, later noticed damage around the table top itself. Definitely get extra coverage.I really like the table. Pop up leaf on one side, pull out bar style no hinge (which I really like, feels more sturdy). The length of the table is long. The color of the item is little darker then the picture but still really nice!! Lots of parts, manageable set up. It did come with 2 chairs that are firm and comfy. Really happy with the item other than the fact it came to me damaged.

This is a shipping and delivery issue, not the itemitself. Box was delivered damaged with styrofoam hanging out! SLIGHT DAMAGE ON TABLE TOP! Amazon needs to have a better shipping and receiving quality control.Got this for my son’s first apartment.
