Incredible learning tool!
Super fun and educational!! My daughter is a gifted 4 year old and I wanted something that would help teach her different topics in science. These are absolutely perfect! She’s not quite on a level where she understands the concept of the cell cards, but she is incredibly fascinated by the planets and finds it amusing that she can feed the dinosaurs their specific diet of plants and/or meats. (The pronunciation of said dinosaurs certainly helps me out since some are a little difficult to say!)I on the other hand, am an EMT and am loving the cells cards. Great stuff. We can’t wait for more topics to become available.I highly recommend these to any parent looking to take their child’s education on these topics to the next level. Get these cards, you won’t regret it!

Awesome if your kids can sit still.
My kids love these! The information is great and the Dino sounds and eating animations are cool! The only complaint is that sometimes the app stops seeing the card and everything disappears and then it all resets, or the Dino had walked to far and we can’t find it. I would like to see some memory as to what card you have scanned and interact with it independent of the card. Great product though!

Little One Absolutely Loves It
My child and I had just watched “The Good Dinosaur” movie for the first time when I initially came across the brainSTEM flash card packs. Because my child was 100% all about dinosaurs after watching the movie, I thought to give the dinosaur pack a try. Score one for dad!The little one can’t stop playing with the cards because she thinks the cards are an extension of the movie. She even named a lot of the dinosaurs on the cards after the characters in the movie. Now we have our own Arlo, Butch, and Ramsey available to play with at all times. She loves to pretend plays with them such as feeding or walking Arlo and taking pictures with the dinosaur in her hand. Even her uncle got a kick out of the photos when we sent them to him. So you could say the whole family is now involved with these dinosaurs :)ProTip : Try mirroring the 3D view to a large screen TV using IPhone and AppleTV or any other device that let's you do it.

NOT AS DESCRIBED
CARDS CAME IN A BROWN PREVIOUSLY-OPENED BOX... I AM ASSUMING THERE WERE NO MISSING CARDS, BUT I'M NOT FOR SURE. NOT GIFT WORTHY. AND, THE INFORMATION ON THE BACK OF CARDS IS NOT SUITABLE FOR ELEMENTARY SCHOOL KIDS...

Cool idea, but sadly errors on the cards
The concept of these cards is pretty cool and my daughter was very impressed by the 3-D aspect. However, she was a bit disappointed to find multiple errors on the cards. For example, you can see on these two cards that is clearly not a picture of a triceratops. And then the spinosaurus is supposed to be larger than a T-Rex yet it shows it in a completely wrong proportion to the person. She found these immediately and it did take a little bit of wind out of her excitement. So, I greatly urge the company to correct these errors. I wish we had a pack that was accurate, but other than that, it’s a cool idea if you have a kid who likes dinosaurs.

My niece is wowed by the cards!
How do you explain something so important as the cells that make up your body without having your 10 year old niece fall asleep? I found the answer to this question with this pack of cards. The moment my niece used the Brainstem app camera screen on the cards to bring the cells to life, she was amazed! It's been over a week and my sister tells me the cards are the first thing she plays with the minute she wakes up. I'm glad she can play with the different cells while the app tells her all the interesting facts a child needs to know about cells. As long as she is indoors, I can't think of a better toy for her to consume her time with.

Incorrect Info on the Cards
These cards were a novelty at first. But then my kids started to notice inaccurate information on the cards. The spinosaurus picture shows incorrect diagram of the size. The triceratops size diagram doesn't actually show a triceratops at all. Returned.
