Contacted seller, no response.Finally got cross ties in and on the very first use the metal clamp snapped.Heavy duty , NOTNeed a replacement, still have heard nothing.Very disappointed in costomer service, it may have been a faulty one, but no one cared to get back to me.Gotta love it...

Worth the price
Safe for my mare who was not used to cross ties. She only sat down once and they released when pressure was extreme. Well made.
