I fell in love with comforters after sleeping under one for the first time in Florida a few years back - so much so that I went straight to Warlmart to spend $90 buying and identical one to bring back with me. It's held up well, but because I bought the largest size available it does not fit my washing machine - which means I have to get it dry cleaned... therefore having a second one to swap out when I send my original to get cleaned was essential as I don't use standard duvets.So, I searched for one as similar as I could and OH MY DAYS. This comforter is beautiful AND far cheaper than the one I bought! Quality is second to none, the pleats are gorgeous and yes - they get wrinkled from being stored and isn't the easiest thing to iron but I honestly don't even bother and it still looks fabulous and high-end.The fabric is soft, it stays together extremely well and the colour is vibrant too. It's extremely lightweight but tends to magically be cool when I'm hot and warm whem im cold!I would suggest buying a size up if you like the aesthetic that I have - I bought the king size version for my double bed and I much prefer how it drapes over either side (plus you'll never run out of cover that way).10/10 would buy another in a heartbeat - (which I already did, for my dad).

For an Amazon basic item, this comforter is lovely! Its super soft and very light! Keeps you warm on those chilly nights but not too hot! I love it. Would definitely buy it again. Good quality.

Its lovely and soft its light but warm, perfect over a light quilt, exactly what I wanted. It is much smaller than expected and the pillow cases are huge? You could fit 2 pillows in them which I might try I just have the extra folded under but even so I am happy my purchase it looks lovely on my bed.

Really pleased with this, just like the picture and the colour is just right. As other people have commented the pillow shams are enormous - 32 inches square, so I shall cut them down. Very soft and just right for this time of year to top a summer duvet if the night turns chilly.

Very small for a double. Nice and soft. The pillow shams are square and do not fit standard pillows.

Lovely bedspread, pleats are really well done, haven't used it as a duvet, just been using it as a cover to keep cat hair off my actual sheets, bought in king-size to fit our bed and this thing is massive! Very impressed, I wouldn't call it light weight though, it's pretty heavy and as I said massive so may be hard to wash if you were to use this as a duvet but a really lovely product, looks amazing and would buy again, the pillow cases it comes with are really good quality too and have held up well through multiple washes.

as the other reviews said, the pleats are not very visible some of them were undone. I personally don't mind that as it still looks good to me. I like that it's not too thick as I don't have AC so it's perfect--not too hot and not too cold. I think it is also pretty soft. Definitely worth the money.

uso questa trapunta da quasi un anno, prima ho comprato la azzurra ed ora pure la grigia.mi piace molto perché è bella calda e soffice ed é facile da lavare perché si asciuga velocemente. consiglio di lavarla con la funzione antipiega visto che da cartellino non si può stirare.infine voglio sottolineare il fatto che come da titolo questa è una trapunta e non un copri piumino.la consiglio a tutti
