Edit: 5/12/2020.Two days after posting my review of this item, Zelus contacted me to refund the item without returning it. I accepted. They also asked me to "could you please do us a favor to take care of the comment you left at your convenient time? We would like more customers to know that although sometimes things happen, we have great service to protect our customers from loss. That means the world to us." I don't disagree with this statement. The service has been excellent. Adding one star for excellent service.So, obviously this piece of equipment was very cheap. Let's start there. Any other company offering something like this is in the $400-$700 range. What does that mean... Instead of steel you get aluminum. Aluminum isn't anywhere near the same stability as steel, but its also a lot lighter and cheaper. This thing shakes when I do dips. I get the impression that if I did weighted dips, the handles might bend off. I'm undecided on whether I like this, or its just taking up space.

The product came early that was great fairly easy to assemble but the only thing we really dont like and is concerned about is that my husband is under the weight limit he is 6 foot 3 and it adjusts over 8 foot but tbe pull up bar is very weak and we are afraid it's not going to last the padded arms on the side is a little snug for someone his hight to be able to get in comfortably but fkr now were hoping it will stand up for what he needs this is a product you will want a warinty on just in case.

It's a great fitness product but unstable. The bars for the push up near the floor bent when I did a push up and I'm 150 pounds. The equipment came with all the tools but no paper instructions. The equipment has no weight to it so the stability is going to depend on your weight.

The home gym is light weight and easy to maneuver. There are positives and negatives to this, but you will have to decided if convenience of working out at home is going to outweigh having to go to a crowded gym. I will probably never get as big as I have been in the past by using this gym, but I will stay fit and in good shape. This home gym has almost everything you need. I would suggest buying, separately, a pulley pro to use in conjunction with this home gym.I'm not going to lie and say that I was completely satisfied on my first purchase. The directions that come with the home gym are confusing and very limited. It's sort of like a puzzle, so good luck on that end. I put mine together twice before getting it right. The holes on the bench where the bench attaches to the main frame were not drilled straight, and so the lynch pin would not go in. I was very frustrated and wrote a negative review.After my initial review, I was contacted by the whole sale company and they corrected the problem with the bench. Their customer service change my mind, and that is when I wrote this new review. I can't promise that they will do for you what they did for me, but I can say that I am pleased to have done business with this company.

I really wanted to love this piece of equipment however a couple things are already making me question myself & purchasing this thing. For starters the weight limit capacity states a little over 400lbs, I definitely question that. I'm 6'5 350lbs & training for an amateur Strongman event. I do pullups off the top balcony of my apartment building but since I train at 3am I don't want to bother my neighbors. I tested the pushup handles at the bottom of the tower & they began to bend, I feel the pullup bar will do the same. Even after tightening the screws it still rocks & makes a creaking sound. The dip handles are too short & also will bend & break if I attempt to dip with them. A couple nuts were also missing so I had to go to my hardware store to pick some up . I really wanted to love this thing but I should've saved my money & had my mechanic fabricate one for me that would have been sturdier & safer.

I contacted the seller with some initial issues. They responded quickly and helped me realize it isn't the product, it was me. I am very happy with this Power Tower. I looked at many others and they were very poor quality. I use this every day and like to do exercises with a 100-lbs vest. This is not some flimsy piece of equipment. I was very impressed with the extra parts and grips provided, as I know I will wear them out through constant use. That's not because the product is of low quality, it's just part of normal wear and tear. The customer support was amazing and I will buy from them again.

The sit up bench is extremely wobbly and unstable. I feel like it is going to throw me off. Assembly I was able to figure out on my own, but the instructions were very difficult to read as the pictures were all blacked out. Definitely slowed the assembly process down in attempt to make sure I was doing it correct. It also showed the setup different for the bench as it does on the Amazon photos. I was very disappointed with the sit up bench. It not only seems worthless due to it's instability, but also frustrated because the photos make it seem like you can just fold it up and down with ease, but you have to remove the backrest/bar to fold it up and down. I ended up taking the bench off completely because it is in the way for doing ab work since it folds up in front of the backrest. As for the rest of the product, it seems decent. I do wish you could adjust the backrest more forward because I have shorter arms and it is hard to position my back on it securely.

Is this a high quality piece of equipment? No. But when I purchased I knew it was not spa/gym quality. It is very good for the price. However, I am 165 lbs, and would not recommend for 200lb plus. Works for me though!
