The handles provide a great firm grip. I gave it a 4 because I wish the clips were little wider to make it easier to fit the bands when changing. The opening is a little tight. Other than that, I recommend this.

Excellent quality
Excellent quality - not cheaply made. For the price I was expecting substandard handles but was very surprised when I opened the pouch to find they were very well made and will definitely last a lifetime.

I was looking for "short" handles to compensate for limited height of the cables. These fit the bill. Handles are solid, and the extra spring clips are a nice touch.
