Perfectly fit
Worth the money! The tool that comes with it is extremely helpful and easy to use! My headphones have just been reborn.

come with tool to help get them on properly
I was concerned that it would be hard to get the edges of the pads properly seated and that they would come off easily. The pads come with a little tool that helps you to push the edges fully in to the "seam" area. It took about 5 minutes to get these on my headphones.

Perfect replacement
They fit my Senn GSP 300 perfectly. Be aware that if you're replacing the old earpads that have gone very soft and had the 'leather' separate, they won't seal as "well" and will impact perceived sound quality somewhat. Still, much better than buying a whole new headset or using the old, sticky, worn pads.

these aren't as thick or as noise canceling as the original pads but they are good for the money

Looks like the original, but a pain in the rear to install
The pads look and feel like the originals, but they are such a pain to install. They come with a plastic doohickey that I guess is supposed to help, but it clearly does not. Had to stretch the pads so much that I feared I rip them in half. I guess it is also the design by Sennheiser, which is rather disappointing. Once the pads are on they are great, but getting to that point took at least half and hour and all my nerves.
