Did not have the side panic button.

Less expensive is not better
I picked this one for the low price. Everything seems good until you use it. The piece of plastic that is used for the three buttons shifts side to side making it unevenly high on one side. The top and bottom buttons can stick momentarily after pressing and letting go.

Don’t Purchase!
The FOB was not able to be programmed by Audi and I wasted $200 for them (Audi) to try. I was told by a used car dealership to purchase here and take to Audi to program.

Had nothing inside, just a shell. There was no directions and nothing saying that you needed to basically dissect your current key fab without breaking it.
