THE COMPLETE EXPERIENCE features all 21 tracks from both of Justins 20/20 EXPERIENCE releases. Review: ALBUM OF THE YEAR 2013 - Justin Timberlake got snubbed and it was mainly because he included Part 2. But this album is better than EVERY album that got an Album if the Year nomination. In addition, Pusher Love Girl as well as 8 other songs on this album got snubbed for Song of the Year & Record of the Year. Very disappointed in the Grammys because I'm an extreme supporter of the Grammy's. They owe this man at least 5 nominations. But ironically and this may make you laugh but its in a way reverse racism. (I'm black btw). Because genres are race titles and this album above all else was an R&B album. They give Frank Ocean, an Album of the Year nomination nod last year & Daft Punk, Sara Bellias whatever her name is one this year and not Justin Timberlake has proven to me that the Grammy's are strictly political. I think this album deserved every praise it got. I'm not even a Justin Timberlake fan but I bought this album. I can rant on and on for days about this. But simply this album is great no less than that. Some people may not like it but from a musical perspective this is the influence for R&B music for the next 10 years and it deserved that cred. Review: Justin Timberlake is a God - This is truly Justin Timberlake's best work. The album certainly does need to be listened to as a whole, and I'm not going to review each track for exactly this reason. I will, however, say that Pusher Love Girl, Suit and Tie, Don't Hold the Wall, Tunnel Vision, Spaceship Coupe, That Girl, Let the Groove Get In, Mirrors, Gimme What I Don't Know (I Want), True Blood, Cabaret, Take Back the Night, Murder, Drink You Away, and Not a Bad Thing are all notable tracks. I realize that I listed nearly every track on the album, but that should be an example as to how amazing it really is. The ones I did not list are also absolutely fantastic (would not change a single thing about this album) however, I am merely trying to add some perspective. The ones I did not list are amazing and the ones I did list are some of the best pieces of music I've ever heard. Keep in mind this review is not coming from a fangirl. In fact, I'm a fellow music composer (male) who simply appreciates good music. This is without a doubt the greatest album in existence.

There's a reason its the highest selling album of 2013
The beauty of this is the 2 albums in 1 box. The first part is definitely a smoother more interesting sound where Timberlake expands his repertoire and creates easy listening with excellent rhythms and Timbaland adds great downbeats and bass/synth lines that give the songs flare. Part 2 is definitely the follow up to Future Sex Love Sounds with a far darker and grittier work (True Blood & TKO namely), that being said, the later tracks on this album see Timberlake working and expanding on his vocal chops (Not a bad thing is a little N'Sync inspired, Pair of Wings however he really hits his stride). Honourable mention to Only When I Walk Away. Worth adding to your collection for easy listening (Part 1) or for something groovier to set a mood (Part 2).

Not My Best Experience
This disc does not rate as high on my scale as I thought it would. It's a double CD containing 21-songs. Of the total number of songs, only 23.8% of them (5) rated 4-stars on my rating scale, however 90.5% rated 3 or better (only 9.5% rated 2 or lower stars). It makes an excellent background listening CD when doing work around the house. To move to a 5-star rating, at least 50% of the songs would need a 4-star rating. It's a very listenable CD.

So Refreshing
This has become one of my favorites in recent times because it is very good! One of the things that makes this album so great is the uniqueness of each track and also how the messages of the various tracks lead back to a central theme that resonates throughout the whole album. I also like how Justin was able to utilize his whole band in the creation of this album and while on tour (check out Justin Timberlake & The Tennessee Kids on Netflix). This is an album that does not disappoint! I personally love the organic sound it has.

justin NEVER disappoints!!!
as a huge fan of his ever since nsync...one thing about justin, he makes great music!! & this collection has both parts 1 & 2, every song is soooo good and also so different than what you hear on the current radio stations. it's definitely different from futuresex/lovesounds...that album was more of a dance/club feel, this is more of a groove feel if you get my meaning. i personally love tko and take back the night...i can't believe those 2 songs never made it in the top 10 on the hot 100. but if you like great music, you'll like every single song on this album ;)

JT should have left the original 20/20 Experience alone!
Probably my favorite CD in the past year was the 20/20 Experience, which my son bought on CD, so I purchased it on vinyl. My son (of course) put the CD into his digital computer library so I had the CD to listen to at home. Eventually I purchased the 20/20 experience in vinyl for myself. Anyway....when I heard that JT was releasing the "complete" package I pre-ordered the double CD. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY! In a nutshell, without going track by track through two CD's here's what I think happened. JT had a couple dozen songs and spent the time in the studio recording, mixing and mastering all of the tunes. And as usually happens, a bunch of songs popped out as being the best of the bunch. Those ended up on the orginal 20/20 CD. THAT CD WAS GREAT, and like I said, it was (still is) one of my favorite CD's released in the past year!. So JT's managers/business associates, and the "little voice in his head" all agreed that it would be a great idea to milk the market for more sales by realeasing the double package. Well, it's the 2013 equivalent of releasing an album with fillers, outakes and rejects from a recording session. The first time I listened to the orginal 20/20 CD, I had several songs stuck in my head and I couldn't stop listening to the CD. In fact I listened to it several time a day. The first time I listened to the "part 2" disc...absolutely nothing stuck. I listened a second, then a third time, and still, I really can't name any of the songs. It was a just a waste. I still listen to the part one disc, but the second CD won't see the insides of a CD player again.

Thoroughly good
Better and better with every listen through. To discuss something not many other people are, I love the extended tracks. It goes beyond normal radio edits vs. album version. As with "Amnesia", the song comes to an end and then suddenly kicks back into a modified version with a different take on the song. This double album creates an atmosphere, and the long tracks make it just that much better. It feels something like a jam session at a live concert. JT takes the song and makes it into something new for fun.
