I recently ventured into creating my own supplements and decided to try these empty gelatin capsules. Their size 1 is perfect for my needs, holding between 300 to 600 mg of powder, depending on the density. The transparent design made filling them straightforward, and the snap-shut feature ensured no spills—a relief for my kitchen counter!One evening, I got so engrossed in filling these capsules that I almost encapsulated my dinner spices—curry-flavored vitamins, anyone? However, I did notice that a few capsules had minor imperfections, but nothing that hindered their use.Overall, these capsules have been a reliable choice for my DIY supplement journey, offering both convenience and quality.

These capsules are great. They are well-made and there’s never a quality control issue that I have noticed. They come in so many different sizes and options which is amazing.I use these because I have a cat that needs several medication’s and all of the medication’s are small and in tiny pieces.He would often spit them out or I would find them around the house later on.But since I started using these and putting all his medications into a single capsule, it’s easy to make sure that he swallows the one capsule versus 4 to 5 small pieces of pills.I also stuff them with powdered supplements that my cat won’t eat on his food. Again, making it easy for him to get what he needs.These capsules are easy to swallow, easy to stuff and put together. They seem to dissolve quickly after being swallowed which is great.I highly recommend these for anyone that has pets.This brand is excellent.

The only complaint I have is actually about Amazon, not the product. They keep packing very light weight items in with very heavy items. This time everything arrived ok but last time they did this we weren't so lucky and I had empty capsules from the bag that broke open all over the inside of the package, a bunch rolled out of a hole in the box, were all over my living room floor and front porch and I wouldn't have been surprised if they were all over inside the delivery van too.This time care was taken in the packing and everything arrived safe and intact.And I gotta say, in my area I much prefer the Amazon delivery people over things being shipped ups. The Amazon people are so much more careful and really do a great job. I get happy when I see an Amazon truck pull up to the house rather than ups.Now, about the capsules themselves: perfect size for what I needed them for. I buy certain supplements in bulk because it's much more cost effective. Not everything needs a size 00 capsule (the most commonly used one). It's really great to find these other sizes. Size 1 is smaller than 00, 2 is smaller yet, and so on.These definitely dissolve after swallowing because I am indeed getting my supplements. They are easy to swallow. They are easy to lock shut by pushing them all the way closed.Just be careful because these little capsules are slippery and easy to drop! So just keep that in mind and you'll do fine. I work with them over a table so they don't fall on the floor if I drop any.I really like the colors too. I like being able to quickly identify what's inside a capsule by the outside color because it might be one I filled several days back. Just makes it easier.I have bought many different sizes and colors empty capsules from this company and no complaints. I will continue to buy from this company as long as they keep making these quality products.

Bought these for a few reasons. Firstly, for my family and I to take oil of oregano, as it has an extremely strong flavor and this helps to mask that flavor once it is in the capsule. Secondly, I got these to aid our sick dog in taking her pills. She was very sick and we struggled a lot with getting her to take her medications in tablet form, as they would often get stuck to her mouth or her throat. So, I would crush the tablets and instead put them into the capsules which she could swallow much easier. These capsules are a good value for how many you get and the perfect size for most uses.

I purchased these to make my own Spirulina capsules as I didn’t want to mix and drink the powder daily. With my capsule filling kit these are fairly easy to fill. If you know anything about the powder it is very fine and seems to get everywhere when handling and this time was no different but they held enough product and were effective for taking my Spirulina without tasting it. I’m considering other powders to try now that I’ve had success with these. They are easy to swallow and this size wasn’t too large.

Love these capsules. They are the perfect size and very sturdy.

I got these to use for a few of my resin art projects. Good size. Pretty colors and good value for money. They will not dissolve in resin.
