Does the Legacy 4K option enhance spoken dialogue or would the option distort the voice?

I use it for music. I wouldn’t say “distorts” but it gives a lot of warmth and 4K option definitely adds some edginess. Subtle. Possibly too much for like, narration for a book? Subjective though. A YouTube review might help you out

I purchased this interface because of the 10 native instrument expansions shown. does this not come with any ni expansion other than hybrid keys?

You need to go to SSL website and register your product with them from there you will be able to download and install any plugins or expansions that the interface come with

Does it have a warranty ?

Comes with manufacturer warranty but you just register your product on SSL website
