I had bought two 10 frozen rat bags. One was perfect. I wasn't as happy with the second bag. I contacted the company and they immediately made it right by me. Seriously happy with this company and their customer service.

This was my first time ordering rats for my ball python online (and I've had him for over 20 years!) and it was a perfect experience. I was tired of driving over an hour round trip to my nearest reptile shop to buy rats only to be man-splained to every time about how to take care of my snake (which again, I've successfully taken care of for over 20 years). These rats arrived quickly and packed extremely well with plenty of dry ice. I was home when they were delivered so I can't speak to how long they would have lasted sitting on my porch. This is definitely the way to go from now on.

I have difficulty getting large rats where I live, so I decided to try these. The product delivered early and was packaged very well. Packed in a cooler with dry ice and the packages were vacuum sealed. My ball python greedily ate his first truly large rat that he has had in a long time. The price was less than what I paid locally and the convenience of home delivery has sealed the deal. Would def buy these again

I revived 10 large rats fully frozen on arrival. The rats were nice size large rats. My only wish is that they would be individually wrapped to prevent having to thaw the whole bag in order to separate as I don't need all 10 at one time. I would gladly give this product a 5 star rating if that was done.

I have been very happy dealing with MiceDirect. I have purchased frozen rats from them several times and have been extremely satisfied with their product, as well as packaging and shipping.
