You're going to need a magnetic screwdriver
Overall, this is a nice "interest piece" sort of fixture at a value price and actually fully lights up my 13 by 11 room from about 7 ft up.The major downside is that the install is incredibly frustrating (not complex, but infuriating) and does not allow you to mount the light to a junction box like most ceiling-mounted fixtures. Instead, you have to mount a roughly 8 inch bracket to your ceiling, line up a couple screw holes and screw the fixture onto the bracket from the outside. This leaves very little room to operate or even get a screwdriver in place - I actually ended up taping the screws to a screwdriver in order to get them set and turned into place. Then, I had to pigtail an additional 3- 5 inches of wire to go from the junction box to the fixture because, again, the fixture cannot mount to the junction box. Finally, as you are doing all this, you are made aware of the fact that the crystals are held on by hooks which makes gripping the fixture quite uncomfortable.
