Best mop I have ever used

Item was not new, visibly used
Ordered this new mop because I used to have the exact same one in the past. Unfortunately the item I received was visibly used and clearly not a new item. Not only was the packaging taped back together the items inside were clearly just thrown in. If I’m going to pay $125 for a new mop I expect it to show up in new condition, otherwise I would buy a used one for a different price point.

Don't waste your money
The product showed up in a box without any plastic or individually wrapped items. You put the mop together and the part of the bucket that is supposed to squeeze the water out doesn't stay on the bucket when you're pulling the mop in and out. Also the head of the mop keeps collapsing and won't stay open. Also the mop head has to be folded to drain the water which means you have to touch the pad to fold into the head to fit it into the squeegee. Returning.

I bought one of these along time ago. It was so great. I really wish I could still get them at Walmart. Not many things i would pay the price for but I love this mopping system and I clean houses and use it everyday
