I purchase these cards like 3 or 4 times a yr
I bought 2 of these cards for my 8 yr. Old twins. And my daughter tried redeeming her card and it never credited the funds to her Roblox account. Her brother had no problem with his. I am I asking to credit the amount of one card back to my Amazon account so I can resend another one. Please help thank you
