How flimsy is it? On a scale of paper to card stock?

More like paper than card. It isn't very flimsy and can be put through a printer without any problems. Think greaseproof baking paper if that helps. I used it to print images for children to colour and make into window decor as the light passes through like stained glass. I have also used a coloured version to make paper flowers.

Can you use this as sticky labels ?

I shouldn't think so. It's more along the lines of good quality tracing paper. You can print on it but it isn't sticky on the reverse.

Is this any good with embossing folders?

I used it as a leaf between two photo album pages, so although I haven't tried putting it in an embossing folder I think it maybe a little on the thin side to do that.
