Hello, The dimension for this item is 42" W x 15.13" D x 24.25" H.

Q: Is there a bench cover available?

I do not have a bench cover. It is very easy to keep clean; normally only used by adults.

Q: Is this actually counter height? The description says counter height, but specs say 19.25” seat height?

It is NOT counter height. It’s for a taller table that is counter height. I love mine!
