No setup instructions, no configuration instructions
It comes in a plain box with no papers inside. The setup and configuration page they speak of? Where is it? How to find it? It seems to be mining bitcoins and namecoins... but doesn't know who I am, or my wallet hash. Device manager in Windows 7 can't find it, even though it appears to be running. There's no instruction, nothing. I guess it's mining and saving its proceeds somewhere. I don't know. I don't trust this. Maybe somebody in a foreign country is laughing all the way to the bank while I pay for it.

DEAD ASIC CHIPS
System had 8 dead chips on one board, but still barely goes over 30th/s so they will not warranty the card.

Jones Gear is the source!
Both of the cubes arrived non-functional due to assembly problems. Both had completely loose heat sinks and most of the rest of the heat sinks had loose screws. I had to tear both units completely down and reassemble them using Lock Tite on the heat sink screws this time. I also properly inserted the motherboards which I think was the cause for the heat sinks becoming so loose. Both units powered up and are happily producing 39GHps into Slush's pool.I am using a Corsair RM850 power supply which looks to be capable of powering three over clocked cubes. The fully modular wiring makes using it for powering the cube's very clean. How I setup the cubes:MacBook Pro 15" Retina (late 2013)Thunderbolt to Ethernet adaptorRegular cat 5 patch cablePlug in MacBook Pro and configure it to 192.168.1.1 on the thunderbolt adapter.Http to 192.168.1.254:8000 and configure the unitOne note, you need to save settings after pushing the clock button to overclock.Jones Gear is incredibly quick on shipping. Units were well packaged even if they did arrive partially disassembled. The included fuses and ATX power supply cheater connector were much appreciated. Email support on dealing with resolving the units was prompt, friendly and supportive (offered to replace the units if I wasn't comfortable repairing them).I'm giving these units 5 stars because once properly assembled and running they are very very very boring which is exactly what you want in a bitcoin mining rig. No bleeps, no boops, no glitches, they just mining their hearts out at 39GHps. The fans are quiet and keep the untis fully cool even when overclocked. The single Ethernet port and PCI-e power hook ups are far nicer than the previous blade units (which I have a back plane of 10 of).I will be buying more.

Has a nasty known issue with melting around the fuse ...
Has a nasty known issue with melting around the fuse, damaging other parts. Product is hard to use and consumes excessive power. Do not get this. Buy the new r box instead.

Nice unit, works well. There is only one place to buy your Asic hardware...Jones Gear.
This is about the 15th piece of ASIC hardware I purchased through Jones Gear. Started with a bunch of Blades and moved up to Cubes. The Cubes are really nicely engineered little units that work as advertised. They are much more user friendly than the Blades were (built-in cooling, enclosed, pci-e power jacks, etc). I'm real happy with my purchases. Along the way I did get a couple pieces of hardware with issues (all factory sealed) and (this is what's important) Jones Gear always swiftly and decisively addressed the issues in ways that minimized my aggravation and my monetary losses, and did it FAST. I own a business myself and I know this kind of customer service is not cheap.. yet he somehow maintains the absolute lowest prices in the industry.. bar none! If you buy an ebay unit good luck getting help if it arrives dead or in pieces.. they may likely send you to the manufacturer.. good luck with that.. even if you get it fixed it will be near worthless by the time you get it back. Buy from Jones Gear wiith Confidence.. they have my biz for as long as mining is worthwhile. They have repeatedly PROVEN that they appreciate their customers and take very good care of them. They have it all.. best hardware, best service, best prices. Will be back for more soon!

awesome miner
well i gave it 5 stars after i fixed everything that was wrong with the miner i cant complain to jones gear because they did not buid them.Shipping was super fast!!! when i unboxed the miner i noticed all the riser cards were crooked so i dis assembled the unit who ever put this thing together should be fired all the cards were not in there alignment grooves and was jammed together all the screws were loose on the heat sinks. After i put everything back together properly it fired right up all chips are working and unit does overclock im getting 33gh low 41 gh on high...I did try to use a 450 watt psu it would turn on and turn right off so im currently using an ultra 850 watt modular psu with no issues at all!! If your having problems with it turning off right away try i bigger psu!!
