I got off of pain meds. Was ok for awhile and then I was not. Shooting pain like electricity shocks in my legs at bedtime was nothing I can deal with. I tried nerve oil, homeopathy and ended up having to rely on aleeve nightly which won’t work for me. I got off pain meds for same reason- I don’t want other body parts to suffer. Been using these for about a week and I think it’s helping. I will try to update after a month. I read they should be taken in morning and without food so timing is tricky. The pee smell is not cool but if it takes the neuropathic pain away at night and doesn’t harm the rest of my body then so be it. Read it can lower bp and I already have low bp- haven’t noticed it any worse. It may help with blood sugar too. Just do your research. I trust this brand anyways been using it with other supplements for years.

Doctor recommended taking this not necessarily this brand but I like that is pure and a family operation. It works great for me

I started experiencing a horrific burning pain in both of my feet, which I ignored for a couple of months until I couldn’t take it anymore. My doctor prescribed gabapentin, but reading about the possible side effects (anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts) freaked me out. I started Googling any other more natural remedy and found ALA. I found out this summer that I’m pre-diabetic, so I was really worried that it was related to that.I swear to you, after the first dosage I felt instantly better (I started out taking two of them at a time, I was in that much pain). Now I’m down to one pill. If I feel so good that I skip a day or two, I feel it coming back. I have type 2 diabetes and started feeling numbness in my right foot and right fingers. I am using them, but can't really tell you if they are working or not yet. No complaints.
