This is a nice sturdy necklace. I actually purchased it for my mom who wanted one she could sleep in and not be afraid it would break. The only thing I didn't like was there were a couple of sharp edges on the star, but hopefully it wont be a problem for her.

My son picked this out as his first magen david and he loves it. It’s perfectly sized for a 7 year old and sturdy enough I’m not worried about the chain immediately breaking or coming undone.

I bought one gold & one blue stainless steel Jewish Stars for my 9 & 10 year old granddaughters, & they LOVE THEM!! They especially love that they are made of stainless steel & are SO DURABLE! I had previously bought them last year 14 karat gold HAMSA HANDS, & they are afraid to wear them, that the thin14K gold chains will break. These stainless steel chains are strong, the Stars are beautiful & are their favorite colors! Shayna just wore hers in the shower. We're very, very happy 😊!!!

I bought this for my grandfather and the blue star is very very sharp. He wore it in his shirt and it cut his chest. The seller was notified so hopefully they fix it in the future. But beware it is extremely sharp.

The chain is designed well, easy to hold the ends and engage the clasp. The star is polished so that the points are not sharp to the touch. It’s the perfect size and very attractive.

I bought this for my son and he loves it. He's pretty rough on jewelry so I've been impressed with the durability of the color (blue) as well as the chain. If it can withstand a five year old, it is pretty durable. I would recommend.

It's beautiful! Well worth the price.
