No instructions
Not that its difficult to figure out, but come on, include some instructions. Which button is pairing, how do you hook it up? What app to use? You need to include instructions, especially for people who are not as technically inclined. Not only that, but shipping the item in a plastic bag within a padded envelope, and not in a box. Really? its a circuit board, and this thing will get tossed around and thrown on a conveyor belt and its got basically no protection? You have to do way better if you expect people to continue to purchase this product. At the very least, instructions would have been nice.I will say that it does work as I expected it to as I have used simlar products to this as before. the bare basics of the instructions are as follows1. download EWElink from app store or play store2. Opent he app and create your account3. hit the plus to add a device and choose quick pairing mode4. Put the device into pairing mode after making your connections and supplying the appropriate power source. (to put the device in pairing mode, hold the button 1 down until it starts to flash. if it flashes 2 or 3 times then goes off and repeats, hold the botton down again until it has a constant flash on-off-on-off.5. the device will only connect to a 2.4ghz network so make sure you have one. if your wifi system combines the 5ghz and 2.4 into one name, it may not pair up to your wifi. you may need to separate the 2.4 and the 5ghz. - some routers may allow you to enable it temporarily.6. name the device and set the options.7. update the firmware if you want and use your device. The setup is not hard and the device is very straight forward. I use these for various purposes, and they work fine for that purpose. But don't expect them to walk you through using or setting it up. but if you look online you will find plenty of instructions on how to use it.

Great wifi relay , but low priority on wifi security
Pros:-Probably THE Smallest form factor for a 2 relay wifi-relay modes can be set independent of each otherCons: (-2 stars)WiFi security!! With the most recent firmware to date, This unit does not allow special characters in the Wifi password. The typical user likely does not rotate their wifi password like other credentials and passwords without special characters are relatively easy to decode. A bored kid with spare time and Kali Linux can hack most recent wifi routers in under a month, some in a day or week. Special characters can increase that time over 100 fold.Unless a firmware update fixes that soon, I will be looking for another brand because of that.Other thoughts:I'm using this to turn my PC on/off on one relay, and control UV lights on the other relay. All working great with AlexaFor the PC On/Off - relay is configured as momentary / inching. This Turns the relay "On" completing the circuit briefly and then "Off" , just like what pressing a power button would do. I also made a Y-splitter cable for the MB header so I could still optionally use the PC's physical Power button. My current motherboard doesn't provide USB power when the system is shutdown (some do, I had one that did previously). So for me, The unit is powered via usb cable running through the back of the case into a nearby battery backup.Note for Alexa control - since the inching mode in this case sets the device state back to Off, the actual off command needs to be setup via a routine to feel normal sounding. Meaning , I can say "Alexa, Turn On My Computer" to power up the PC. However, shutdown would be the same phrase unless using a routine because the relay is off (so you have to "turn on" to actually shutdown). An Alexa routine allows you specify a phrase ( I used "shut down my computer") to turn the relay On again so that you're not having to say On when you want off.

Nice idea, awful setup
Nice idea, good design and build, but no instructions. Made worse by not working very well - I purchased two and could only get one to pair, and that was after an hour of trying. Once paired, the local performance in their app was quick (which you are required to install for setup). But, they don't integrate with anything, there's no API, wasn't designed or built to any standard. Not that I wanted to (I need it for other purposes), but couldn't even get it to connect to Alexa. If you want to connect it to IFTTT, it's an immediate ask of $10/yr. Usless, returning, giving an extra star only because it's a nice idea and seems reasonably built.

Beware! Warranty seems to be only 30-days
I bought 2 of these little devices and one was DOA. Unfortunately, I didn't find this out until I had started setting them up which was past the 30 day return window. For the one that works, setup is pretty straightforward despite the lack of a manual. The only good thing is that they are so cheap that it it's pretty easy to replace. I would also buy a spare as I am now very wary about the longevity of these devices. I would also ensure that you wire in a manual switch to any devices you intend to control so that you don't have issues if the relay fails.

Works as described. Easy to set up.
Works as described. Easy to set up. Used a USB to power it. Wasn't getting results using the wired input power with 5v or 12v. Wire power input polarity isn't marked. The USB cable works fine, but a wired connection would make for a cleaner install.

Lack of Instructions
Had to sort out the instructions from reading other reviews. Could never find a way to switch modes - I wanted interlock and other similar products have a button to switch from 1 mode to the next which this does not. I solved that by setting up a scene in eWeLink which did work well for Alexa. I am using to open close pool valves via actuators running on 24VAC. Worked well for switching motor direction. Please note I powered the device with 12V DC not the 24VAC that the relays were switching polarity on.
