I really enjoyed the book, and would strongly recommend it but I would have liked to have seen how different things were implemented. One thing that I did not like was it was almost like a teaser to buy more of his products, and it works in that sense because you are left wanting to know more.

Great book! I have grandchildren playing football, baseball, basketball, soccer and competitive cheering. These books will help their parents and them to overcome the "slumps" and "ups and downs" they encounter. Hopefully, be able to leave what happens on the field/court behind them and move on to the next time without carrying it with them. "Flush it!"

Arrived fast and as described!!

This is a must read for not only baseball coaches but coaches in general. I referred to this book so many times during the season because it contained such relevant material for each day. It's no coincidence that Alabama won the softball national championship and the Oregon and TCU baseball teams made it to Super Regionals using the very same things he talks about in this book.....it works.I've got 2 copies and will have to get more once these eventually wear out.

I read the book and am now using some of the techniques to help my daughter get over some hurdles in softball. My daughter is a softball pitcher, the pressure sometimes gets to her. This book teaches her ways to conquer her self doubt. There is a little bit of up-selling in this book. Beware of some information that is teased so that you'll buy his other books and video series.

Great read, I've coached nearly 1000 baseball games. The concepts in Brian Cain's book separate the average from the great. The youth of today are in desperate need of these skills! Don't put it off!

Bought this after hearing about it from the College Softball World Series broadcast. Very great insight to what it takes to perform at peak.
