It came 4 days early! It’s a really beautiful sturdy hide I think it was worth the money but unfortunately mine came broken. It’s not a major break just a corner piece, I decided not to deal with the return process and just fix it myself. Also I’m using it as a hide for my leopard gecko!

My tank is still cycling so I haven’t put my axolotl in with the hide yet, but it large enough for her and sturdy with no sharp edges

This thing is larger than i anticipated with the shape. But for our 14 gallon cube, it is perfect with our plants. Closer to the item packaging size at the largest dimension over 8 inches at longest. We soaked it for a few hours in dechlorinated water just in case and then rubbed off some loose stuff particularly inside that is almost like chipping off, but i think it is residual byproduct from being made. Not particularly sharp except for the corner that is tucked into the corner. 1 of the tetras has made it his safe space and everything seems to be doing well after a couple weeks still with placed near beginning of first cycle. I feel like this was perfect at around 15 dollars.

Looks great, but is pretty heavy and dense. Also there are sharp edges which I had to file down so it would be pet safe.

Product does what it says but the dimensions are misleading. This product is much smaller than the dimensions make it seem.

Super heavy but like that it fits in the corner.

I have a full grown leopard gecko and he can barely fit on this. For one thing, it is too steep and it just does not work for a full size gecko. Maybe for a baby? But then why spend the money on something they are going to outgrow? Plus, if you are feeding your reptile with live insects, this does not sit flush against the glass and you will constantly have to remove.
