The 9th edition of this textbook DOES NOT include the data files referenced at the end of the chapters.This means you will not be able to do the exercises and improve your skills with ArcGIS program that the book is trying to teach you.This is beyond dumb.Repeated calls and emails to McGraw Hill have not helped. They don't have the files for download!If you actually want to learn the program, buy a previous edition that includes the data on a CD.Otherwise, avoid the frustration with this publisher.
