It works, but does not drain unless a lot of water collects inside
I use this for a different product than it was designed for, but it still works all the same. I had to modify mine because the amount of water that would pool up before it reaches the drain hole was way too much for my unique situation. I'm not sure if where the drain hole is if it would be waterproof or not, it has a small rubber gasket that will get held in by pressure. It was very sturdy, and while it could easily bend if you put some pressure on it, I don't think you should really be bending it in the first place anyway.Long story short it holds water from dripping wherever it's not supposed to drip.

Good solid prouct
We use it under a autoclave because the steam condensation was spoiling our table. Material is just right not too thick or thin. Too thick will make it unstable or wobble. It does not skid which is a plus. Very happy with the product.

FLIMSY MATERIAL!
Look, the size and appearance of this is dead on. There isn't much to it, simple design with minimal costs. So I was happy to pay for a sturdy tray that had a hose attachment to drain it using gravity. The fact that I can buy most of the parts for a few bucks isn't a big concern here, at least until you receive it.This tray is just barely thicker than cellophane. JUST thick enough to maintain the shape, but so thin that almost anything that you set in here that would actually need this and you have a very high risk of penetrating the plastic form. Worse yet, leave this in place for a few years and just people moving things around will straight up destroy this.$45 for this? Really? With what I got half that price is reasonable, but I paid the extra believing that this would be far more durable. There isn't even a cap for the drain, and it came zip-tied together. Assembly takes only seconds longer and would have no impact on packaging or shipment needs. To give credit where it is due, the drain will last a long time if cared for, and the shipping costs must be pretty high.

Does the job but is thin
our ac decided it was going to make waterfalls in our carpeted office every time it was run, and it's our only source of air conditioning in a very hot attic, so we bought this to keep the mess contained until we could buy a new one.It is very thin and I don't know that it would hold up as a long term solution, but as a temporary fix for a month or two it's keeping the carpet dry and it was cheap!
