Sleep improved greatly!
Struggled with sleep issues my whole life, 1 issue being I am a very active sleeper-toss & turn A LOT. I currently use a pregnancy body pillow which has helped my sleep some in that aspect. I finally broke down & purchased a weighted blanket for the first time & decided to go with the heaviest one I could find in my budget. 20 pounds didn't sound like too much for me & it wasn't! It was perfect- first night I fell asleep rather quickly. I don't wake up as sore & as tired from tossing & turning all night. The weight is also very calming/soothing & relaxes me pretty quickly. I have started using it during the day to snuggle up in & now have a bit of a napping problem..lol
