Better than one may think.
At first, this may seem pointless, what with other creatures designed to tap target creatures at lower, mana cost, but do keep in mind: this doesn't just tap it. This removes all equipment, enchantments, and counters. Not only can you severely debuff an enemy card, you can also remove debuffs from your cards, making sure nobody makes your creatures useless. This card is excellent at controlling positive and negative stats. Best part? This isn't even specified. You can exile cards FROM YOUR OWN GRAVEYARD via loophole, making this a resurrection beast. Bottom line, this has LOADS of hidden potential. Give it a go if you run a source of colorless mana.
