This is fine thread. It works on my thread snob Brother sewing machine. The cones are too big to fit on the machine so I dispense onto a bobbin to use up top. I'm very pleased with the lustre of the thread, it needs reinforcing at beginning and finishing sewing.

Love this it works so well for my embroidery machine

I have a brother 800e and use simthreads all the time, they never break or shred. The quality is unbelievable for the price, I have tried Gutermann which are a lot more expensive and not as good. I would highly recommend simthread and if you have just brought an embroidery machine definitely get the full set as they is not one colour that I have not used.
