Was recommended by a friend who used this book in her herbology class. haven't used it yet, but trust the recommendation.

A lot of specific, insightful information! There are a few main sections, my personal favorite is where it says what things to use for what condition/symptom. It has short, simple, concise explanations as to how things work, which I really appreciate.Only possible negative thing I’d note is that if you are a layperson, following this info may be hard for you, especially in terms of getting the ingredients for it as it usually calls for different kinds of extracts or fresh plant. Just a heads up!

Although aimed at practitioners this book is in a format easily understood by the layman.Practical formulae and information covering many ailments that can be treated at home.Excellent handbook.
