I was looking for something that wouldn't be too slippery in my hand. This case is not it. While I believe it would do a good job in protecting the phone I was afraid it would slip out of my hand too easily. For this reason I sent it back and am now looking for a different case. It also felt wider in my hand than my old case. Thank goodness I kept my old case. If it had more grip to the side of the case I may have considered keeping it. Also feel that it could have had a few silicone grips on the back of the shell case to prevent it from sliding off the counter, perhaps in each corner. If you were to lay it on its back and you have it on vibrate I'm not sure that it wouldn't have slipped off the counter. If you are concerned about having a good grip on your phone, I would not recommend this product.

The case is very pretty and it is exactly the same as the one they posted online. It fits my iPhone 8 plus perfectly and I am sure it will protect my phone very well. The silicone part of the case is slightly thick but flexible. The outer layer of the case has a textured feeling and appears to be very durable. I would say the cons are the fact that it is very slippery despite the textured outer layer so it is very easy to slip out of your hands. I recommend putting a pop socket or a cardholder on the back so the chances of the phone falling are lower. I do wish that the case has some rubber ridges like Speck does to prevent any slips. Still a good quality phone case but it could be even better.

I got periwinkle colored case and I love it!! I like the grey trim- though part of me wishes I could see the periwinkle on the front of the phone when I’m holding it. But that’s a very minute detail and the grey looks very chic! The pieces fit together just fine, and the quality is surprisingly good for the price! I wouldn’t say it’s like top of the line craftsmanship, but I’m very pleased and feel my phone is well protected from scratches (haven’t dropped it yet. Hope I don’t!). The material is slick but having an 8 plus means I’ve gotten used to holding a larger phone.. material doesn’t matter. You’ve gotta have a good grip on that sucker lol. It doesn’t seem to be too slick! I like the feel of the case. I’ve only had it for a day.. I’m hoping it holds up. Will update if any issues arrive in the next few weeks. But I am a very happy customer! Arrived early the day it said it would. As of now, would definitely recommend!!

This phone case is the single greatest investment I've made on Amazon. I bought the case the day before I bought my iPhone 8+ because of the visual appeal. Little did I know, this case would SAVE my phone 5 days later. I was leaning over a parking ramp and my brand new iPhone 8+ slid out from my sweatshirt pocket onto the concrete 6 stories down. When I reached down for my phone, there wasn't even a scratch. Not a crack. Not a dent. NO MARKS. My phone was perfect, and the inside part of this case was still hugging my phone tight. The outer shell took the impact, cracking the bottom right corner and covered in indentations - a small price to pay for such a long, hard fall.I have recommended this case to EVERYONE. Will buy again.

It’s a very durable case, and I really like the color. It’s also quite heavy, but not uncomfortably heavy. I don’t like that it’s a textured case. I was hoping for it to be a smooth case so that I can add my adhesive phone holder to the back. Also, the textured case is easy to slide out of your hand, making the possibility of your phone dropping higher.

Putting it on for the first time it was tight (which I like) and I think the color is so nice (blue one). My daughter dropped my case from a 15ft deck onto concrete and my phone is untouched also the case is just scratched on the corner where it first hit. All in all I would highly recommend!!

I absolutely love this phone case. I’m so clumsy with my phone and many times I’ve even thrown it across my room accidentally but after 2 years, the case is still standing with only a few chips in it. The only possible reason one might not like it is that you can’t put anything between the phone and the case because it’s so sturdy but I have a stick on wallet and it works beautifully. Once I take the wallet off, it’s super easy to get the residue off as well.

Best phone case I’ve bought. It came very fast looks just like the picture and very cost efficient. This color I’d say is more like a blue/grey/lilac, that’s the only thing I wish is that they had more colors or designs*i just ordered the pinkish one, it’s a little more pink than I’d like. Team luxury makes another color pink but it’s only for the 7/8 not the plus unfortunately. But I will forever buy team luxury cases. I haven’t had one single issue and my phone has not broken or cracked***third case I’ve purchased from this brand. I got the light blue/teal one. Absolutely love these cases, dropped my phone numerous times without any issues - the case itself doesn’t even start to show you’ve dropped your phone until after like the 20th drop on the ground
