Great price, works great
I bought this so I could pair two sets of Bluetooth headphones so we could listen to our tv without disturbing our kids.It works as advertised. It was easy to pair in transmit mode (we haven’t tried receive mode). Sound quality is pretty good. We’re happy with the device and the price point is great.

Works well as a transmitter for my side by side application
Using this in a Kawasaki side by side to push audio to two wireless headsets and works great. Automatically repairs to headphones even when battery dies, transmits music with solid quality.

Seamless with Airpod Pros (1st Gen), Works with extra step Airpods Pros (2nd Gen ~ lightning)
TLDR - It works with 1st gen (just fine) and 2nd gen Airpods Pro (with extra step). It's 4 stars because it works, and I was able to figure out how to use it for my needs and it was good value for the price. See below for details. The device gets the job done. It works with my MB pro with bluetooth turned off, which I used to test 2 sets of Airpods Pros both 1st and 2nd generation with lightning charging before my trip. I will update my review to see if it works with inflight entertainment systems.I paid $22.99 USD + tax (BlackFriday Deal) for the device and that's the max I was willing to pay for any bluetooth receiver especially since the technology has been around for ages, and since I can just watch stuff on my personal media devices for flights.I didn't read the Q&A at the time of purchasing this device, not realizing it said it was "incompatible" with Airpods Pros 2nd gen. I just asked the Amazon AI whether it was compatible with Airpods Pros, not realizing that to be the case. Luckily I was able to figure out a way to make things work.It was a little confusing at first, and I was struggling to get it to work with my Airpods pros 2nd Generation (with lightning). This was the second "cheap" bluetooth dual transmitter I purchased because the first one didn't work at all.Connecting to Airpods Pros 2nd Gen (with Lightning):1. Switch to TX mode2. Hold either #1 or #2 on the device for a few seconds to enable device pairing mode3. Open Airpod Pros 2nd Gen case with airpods inside and hold the button on the back button a few seconds to enable pairing mode4. Then hold that same number you did in step 2 until the device is successfully paired to Airpod Pros 2nd Gen5. Check to see if it's working, IF not, then switch the device to the OFF position for a few seconds6. Switch the device to TX again, and give it a moment to connect, and play your audio again and it should start working within several seconds. You may have to do this step more than once, but it worked for me after the first time.I did not need to do step 6 with my Gen 1 Airpods Pros, and after they were paired, it would automatically pair to the device again. As for the Airpods Pros 2nd Gen (with Lightning), I would have to do this step every time I wanted to connect it with this device.

WHAT HAVE YOU DONE FOR ME LATENCY?
I bought this item based on the reviews that it had excellent latency, nothing could be further from the truth, I paired it with my avantree apt-x Bluetooth transmitter which has excellent low latency qualities I'm certain of because I have used it with other headphones with no latency issues, but this item fails miserably, I plugged my guitar into a mixing console and the mixing console goes into the Bluetooth transmitter of which I have no latency issues with other sense of headphones, but this Bluetooth receiver there was considerable latency making it useless to play the guitar through, very disappointed, I probably could have got the same results using a $20 Bluetooth receiver, I'm going to give the BTR15 a try this is considered audio file entry level equipment, the build quality is exactly what you would have expected it's not built like a tank but if you keep it on a Harm's Way it'll be okay. If you're using it merely for music and not for watching TV or playing a musical instrument I think you can get one at half the price of the perform just as well

This does not receive in AptX low latency mode
I'm using a BT transmitter from this same company to send out my TV's audio in AptX low latency, to try and sync the audio with the video. Because there are no bluetooth speakers that support AptX low latency, I bought this device, which advertises being able to both transmit and receive, and supports AptX low latency. But it doesn't support AptX low latency when in receiving mode. The 1Mii transmitter would only connect to it in standard AptX mode. I give up, it seems like it's impossible to get a BT speaker receiving audio in AptX low latency.

Works well
My devices connect very easily and very quickly. There is some lag.

sets up easily and works well
Using it to transmit from a TV to a small bluetooth speaker. Setup was very easy; included cables allowed connecting either to a headphones output via 3.5mm or line output via rca. Powered up to the TV usb without complaint. There is some latency, so lip sync is a bit off, but not too annoying. This thing is TINY, and sits behind the TV very inconspicuously. Haven't used it as a receiver so I can't comment on that function. Perfect for my needs.
