why is this product so much more expensive than any other magic box on the market?

I'm really not sure why that is , I thought the same thing and I ordered it anyway and when I received it I was really puzzled way it cost more , the cups were plastic and that was enough for me to say no thank you and so I return mine , by see for yourself, it might be what you are looking for..

Well first of all contact Amazon customer service they are very accommodating and will help you get it sorted out very easily, and to make it go even smoother go to your orders and write down the order number the date order and the the date delivered as they will be asking for that information !
