Possible hearing damage
I listened to this amp for about a week at moderate volumes. I've had ringing in my ears since. Buyer beware.

Would’ve bought something different…
This amplifier provides pretty good, clean sound for the price. That would be 4-5 stars right there. What really reduces the rating is the lack of HDMI and the sometimes iffy connection issues. *update* Removing another star due to constant issues with playing music via chromecast. This is supposed to be a core feature, but there are random and illogical connectivity issues.I can use it with Spotify, but I can’t connect it to my modern TV or a PS5. Optical doesn’t really work well. Apple Music didn’t work well.If you want a pure music system, this is fine. If you want to hook it up to a TV or video game console or blue ray player, you’re out of luck.If I had known all this a few years ago, I’d have picked another, more versatile product.

Excellent integrated that does everything well without breaking the bank.
I did not purchase my NAD C338 from Amazon, but rather from a local dealer. He recommended it to me because I was looking for Audiophile quality but was on a tight budget. A couple of years later, I'm still glad he did. After a few weeks of using the C338, having come from a hybrid tube integrated with limited functionality, I could no longer see myself living without the extraordinary connectivity of the NAD. It has a good phono preamp, Chromecast (Googlecast), an internal DAC that handles up to 24/192 files, and subwoofer out. It connects to the internet via Wifi only, so keep that in mind if you intend to purchase. For me it was perfect. Exactly what I needed in my daily life.My listening area is small and the NAD C338 powers a Wharfedale Diamond 225. I don't feel it lacking in power, although 50W per channel are not going to wake up the neighbors either. The quality of the sound is superb with good recordings, and I find I enjoy his integrated more and more over time. That matters more to me than the power ratings. The build is solid, and the C338 has so far survived repeated attacks from my soon to be 2-year-old son.Highly recommended.

Poor sound
Amp was overpriced and poorly balanced with no ability to control bass or treble.
