They all work
I've seen some mixed reviews about these and I think most of it stems from lack of knowledge of how to use these. Very easy to install and so far all of mine work as anticipated

good switch but there's a trick to them
In order for these to work correctly, you must separate the two wires, and then cut one wire with about a 5/8 gap so that the ends lay flat into the switch. The other wire goes through the switch without being cut.If you don't cut the one wire, the switch does not go together correctly and will not work good because it will not pierce the wire correctly and will also rub the thumb roll.I was having trouble until I realized this, then it worked as good as any other switch available from Amazon.

They work, but not really impressed
There are no instructions, so you have to examine them to see how to cut your wire.I had two conductor zip cord. I cut one conductor and trimmed it and left the other intact. It takes a few snips to get things lined-up. The switch uses insulation-displacement to make the connections. I had to try numerous times to get it to work. After maybe three attempts I got things connected. I can honestly say that I expect the connection to fail some day, but the light is non-critical so it will do for now. Knowing this, I'd probably look for a different solution. It's a good idea and it comes with a lot of connectors. If the insulation displacement connections were better it would be a fantastic product.

Good Value, Great Fit and Finish, Easy Assembly
This was a good buy. I may not use all 10 units right now, but over time I have a feeling I'll end up adding the switches to the rest of my table lamps and other lights around the house.
