Is there one that is organic and is "Pure Peanut"? In another words, is there one that is organic but doesn't contain any sweetener?

This product does not contain any sugar.

There are numerous sugar complaints and as I understand it, a liquid has to be added. Is this correct?

Thanks for reaching out! Pure Peanut doesn't contain any sugar, this can be used like protein powder. It can be added to shakes, baking, sauces, etc.

Are there directions to make peanut butter?

There should be instructions on every label under the nutritional facts. If you can not find them, then the instructions are as follows. 2 TBSP peanut butter 1 1/2 TBSP Water.
