I've been taking PF3 for a year now and it's made a huge impact on my recovery and ability to break through plateau's as an almost 40yr old man. I used to skip Thursdays a lot because I was just too sore or my energy just wasn't there to hit the gym, but since I've been taking this I haven't had that problem. I'll continue to buy as long as there's stock since it seems to be sold out sometimes on the Man Sports website. Luckily Amazon had some too. Hope this helps.

If you have IBS, Leaky Gut or other gut issues,this is good especially when there's discomfort in the gym (workout time, yoga,etc,,,) its works!!
