My time is limited with a toddler and a full time job as well as working a night shift. I’m in pursuit of a leadership role at my current job and this goes hand in hand with leadership. You need a good team and you need to develop your team to ensure everyone’s success including your own. I loved this book and have read leadership 101 which was amazing. I definitely recommend this book along with all of Maxwell’s 101 series. I’ve got two more in the cart lol.

This little book packs a hugh punch when it comes a novice like me who is a leader in the making. I just started my own financial services company a few months ago and at first i was doing well by myself then my friends saw the value of the business and wanted in. Now I have a team of 7 and they are all great people but have different personalities and needs. I needed help and direction so i saw this book and decided to buy it. And im glad i did it has helped me understand teamwork and what it takes for us to work together as a team. I just purchased six more books to give out to the team. Great litle book!

Nice tiny book! About the size of a woman’s hand. Crisp pages and it came the next day with my prime subscription. Very easy and encouraging read.

Excellent read recommended by Pastor Eric Avery. I'll use these principles in ministry, in my profession, and everywhere! Once again, John Maxwell gives practical guidance, steps, and principles in plain language with vivid examples that can be easily applied in any organization. I recommend this for anyone in leadership, anyone who aspires to leadership and for anyone that wants to be an effective team member.

Although a bit of a "slow start", as Maxwell begins laying the foundation of teamwork, I found myself being drawn in to the overall big picture for the team. Maxwell's thoughts are insightful, clearly defined, and left me enthusiastic about leading my collegues and building a new level of synergy in the office.

Maxwell at his best. John writes in a manner all of us can comprehend, and put into practice. Keep the book close at hand if you are in a position to lead any group - at work, sports, or wherever.
