Quite good initially, but has gotten creaky/loud over time. Also a bit heavier than I would have liked.

This thing is super sturdy, with a smooth gorgeous wood top. I'd honestly expect to pay twice what I paid, which is what I think the Varidesk goes for. But I use a laptop and didn't want a two-tier desk converter, which is why I chose this one. Operation is smooth and silent and fast. Another plus: it arrives fully assembled, just plug it in and it's ready to go. I love this desk converter and I being able to easily switch from sitting to standing at my desk!The only factor to consider is that when it's in its fully down position, it's still rising your work area about 6" above your desk level, so best to have an adjustable height chair.

The desk works great, I love how easy it is to move it to a certain height. However, the desk arrived with a scratch on the top. For that reason I’m knocking a star off.

The media could not be loaded.  This desk was a little larger than I expected and has a lot more space than I imagined. Big enough for my large laptop, a monitor, and mouse while leaving plenty of room to lean on while video meeting with my colleagues (probably shouldn't recommend leaning on it but it works for me). I don't know how much it'll actually hold, but it's pretty daggone stout. The surface is thick and the frame and lift mechanism are all metal. It's a nice desk and eases a ton of pain off my back from sitting all the time. The electric lift works great. It has 4 pre-set positions but also has manual controls and a custom memory setting to fine tune it to your liking.The only con for me is that the all the metal pieces are only tack welded so they may eventually fail over time.

I bought a ultra short throw projector to use in my school, and it needs to be at a certain height from the ground to work with the 150" screen. This works really well. The controls great and allow for precise height adjustment. Really pleased with the purchase.

I bought this since i have been working from home due to the pandemic. Its sturdy and i have no complaints so far when it comes to that. The different modes on this is a huge plus for me. The only con i have is how short the chord is. You have to keep in mind where you are plugging it in. Due to the short chord you may not be able to let this desk go up all the way. I cannot let it go up all the way sadly. My L shaped desk in my bedroom is in a corner where there is only one outlet. I plug the chrod into the top outlet to provide as much coverage possible, even still i cannot let the desk rise at max level as the chord is too short. Will need an extension chord set up if i want to be able to do that..but for now im dealing with it. Im 5,7 and am still able to get the desk to rise to a reasonable height that i need ontop of my l desk without going to the max height.

I added this to my at home work area and I’m so happy I did! The desk top area has plenty of room for my computer monitor and keyboard. The up/down functions work great and allows you to have one customizable preset. I knew based on other reviews that it drops a little before it lands on the fully lowered position. It’s a small jolt but nothing that really disturbs anything. Otherwise it rises and lowers very smoothly. Two things I wish they did different are to have a hinged or slide cover over the controls to prevent a child from activating it and to allow the presets to be customized.

Large, sturdy. Holds a 32" monitor comfortably. Is pre-assembled. Raise & lower function is smooth, except from 1 step up back to lowest (it kind of slams down).
