Love, love, love! If you need more potassium this is the best!
As a big fan of Dr. Berg, I can confidently say that this is hands down his best product! As someone who primarily follows a carnivore diet and isn't fond of the taste of most dark leafy greens, this supplement has been a game changer for me. It makes meeting my daily potassium and magnesium requirements quick and easy, and the best part is that it actually tastes very good!I've tried and researched various other electrolyte powder in the market, but many of them tend to ruin the experience by adding artificial sweeteners or synthetic vitamins, which I prefer to avoid. This one also has a lot more potassium than other brands. It also uses high-quality ingredients like stevia without compromising on taste. In terms of usability, it dissolves fairly well in water, although I do notice a bit of residue at the bottom of the glass. A quick stir before drinking takes care of that, and I’m good to go!I honestly can't imagine ever stopping my use of this powder. It has become an essential part of my daily routine, and I appreciate how it supports my dietary needs without sacrificing flavor. If you're looking for a convenient and delicious way to boost your potassium and magnesium intake, I highly recommend giving this a try!

Great Hydration Boost for Keto!
I’ve been using Dr. Berg Zero Sugar Hydration Keto Electrolyte Powder in Raspberry & Lemon flavor for a couple of weeks, and it’s been a fantastic addition to my keto routine. The taste is refreshing—not too sweet, just a nice tangy kick that makes drinking water more enjoyable. It mixes pretty well in warm water, though I’ve noticed a slight residue in cold water, but nothing major.I love that it’s zero sugar and sweetened with stevia, so it doesn’t mess with my ketosis. The 1000 mg of potassium per serving is a game-changer—I feel more energized and haven’t had any muscle cramps since starting it, especially after workouts. The pink Himalayan salt adds a clean mineral boost without that overly salty taste some other brands have. It’s a bit pricey, but the 50 servings per container make it worth it for the quality.Super easy to use—just scoop, mix, and drink. It’s become my go-to for staying hydrated and keeping my electrolytes balanced on keto. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to avoid sugary sports drinks

Staying Hydrated Daily!
I drink this electrolyte every day. It’s very effective, helps me stay hydrated as I work a physical job on my feet 8 hours. I also add a full juice of a fresh lemon. I use a 32 ounce stainless steel bottle and one scoop is enough. My headaches also have gone away along with Keto flu. This product has no caffeine, there is no jitteriness. The Lemon Raspberry is my favorite!

Best tasting flavored electrolyte mix; not too salty and no aftertaste
We really look forward to having this with our dinner. The orange flavor with some lemon juice is delicious with no stevia aftertaste. By comparison, LMNT is so salty with such a nasty aftertaste that we threw it out. My husband adds it to his Pellegrino.Granted, it doesn't completely dissolve; there is always a bit in the bottom of our glasses. It is expensive, but is a much healthier choice than the wine we used to have with dinner. I would drink it more often if I could buy a larger container with less cost per ounce. I add keto chow electrolyte drops and mineral drops to a pitcher of reverse osmosis water for the rest of our drinking water. Those products are completely soluble.

Forget about Gator/Power/Whatever-Ade. This is IT!
A look at the ingredients says it all. It looks like the makings of human electrolyte without unnecessary fillers and caloric load. Why don't the mainstream "sports drink" manufacturers do anything remotely similar? Even the medical electrolyte vendors, whom I would expect to carefully address the essentials and nothing more, fail pretty miserably. Thank you, Dr. Berg.

Like those papaya lifesavers!
I got the tropical blend, whatever those flavors are that are in it, and I love it. I do have to shake it up pretty well first, but it reminds me of those papaya lifesavers from back in the day. It also helps with some of my cramping as I'm on keto and also intermittent fast from time to time. For those complaining about the amount of potassium, I guess you're not on keto. Those of us on keto know that we need more potassium, and this is designed for us.

Not a balanced electrolyte powder!
I've been drinking this for months and actually love the taste, so much in fact that I was drinking ~4-6 servings a day.I decided to take a deeper look into my hydration regime and realized this is actually a seemingly poor product for typical hydration and potentially dangerous if you are using too much of it.Potassium - Other electrolyte powders contain 250mg which is 1/4th of what this product contains.Sodium - This is the main electrolyte that gets depleted when sweating, exercising, etc. It's also very import to keep electrolytes in balance. This product, however, contains a negligible amount of sodium. So, with these two points, this seems like a pretty poor way to restore your electrolytes in any sort of balance unless you already consume a large amount of sodium and have some potassium deficiency.Admittingly, I am not a professional in this space, but am recommending people do their own research and get professional medical advice on this matter as overdoing this product seems like it could really put your electrolyte content out of balance and can be dangerous if dramatically overdone. At least be aware of the electrolyte content and some basic information on electrolytes.

Great product
I coach flag football during the Spring and I was getting cramps after long practices and some games, I would get cramps. I hate drinking Gatorade and other sports drinks. I bought this supplement as it recommended by a friend. I have trued this for about a month. Though I still get cramps. I get them a lot less. I do like the flavor but I don’t like the after taste otherwise I would give it a 5 star rating. Overall, I think it’s a good product.
