Replacement Power Supply and Cord for Respironics System One

This is a direct replacement for the one that I currently had. The one I replaced had been worn due to constantly traveling and wrapping the cords. I looked on my old one and found the MPN# 1058190 printed on the power supply so I knew it would be a match.

Exact replacement for my failing power supply. It arrived quickly and was just what I needed. I am happy with the service and product I received.

After searching in Radio Shacks and Tiger Direct retail stores I could not find the correct compatible cord. Alas had to go to my "go to," Amazon. Thanks for helping my get connected with this cord Amazon.

Died within 3 months of my purchase. I tried to return it but got no response from the seller.

This transformer is the same as original. I have been using it for a few months now and No Problems.

So far it has worked fine with my CPAP. Saved me from having to deal with the local medical supply place. Too bad all CPAP related supplies aren't this easy to replace. Much easier than replacing the whole CPAP (and cheaper).
